Bosa really does have the best donuts I ever had and lately I've been obsessed with the tapioca boba in iced coffee. I doordashed an order from this location and when I got my order I was super disappointed to see that they didn't add the boba in my coffee, so I called this store and told them about it and the lady compensated me appropriately. Very pleased with them now

Terrible service. What's the point of being 24 hours with a drive thru if your employees serve a customer in the drive thru? Tried to place an order in the drive thru so I could avoid having to get out as I just had surgery recently. Waited and called the store after a good ten minutes went by and still hasn't been acknowledged. Took me three attempts to get the employee to answer and I told her I had been waiting in the drive thru waiting to order and she said I had to come in. Wasted my time and now I won't be back based on the terrible service. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Me and a coworker stopped in for iced tea. Both drinks were made to order. Mine was a peach green tea. It was very refreshing for a hot AZ day. Although I didn't purchase one, the donuts and muffins looked yummy!
In the inside, the place looks like a storage unit. There's boxes and stacked furniture everywhere. There is a drive thru which looks to be the method of locals.
Accessible parking and entrance.

the 3 women at Bosa donuts on Central Ave Phoenix, don't let customers use the credit card POS, and they add tips to you card. DO NOT TRUST these 3 women working the drive thru window.
Donuts are now 20$ a dozen💔
I love the Thai tea with boba, and I love that they are open 24 hours because my job is overnight. However, they recently started charging an extra dollar for light ice. That's absurd. There's no way not having half the cup filled with ice has to cost a dollar extra. All of these companies are nickel and diming customers who already are struggling, and maybe sometimes want a treat. A dollar might be nothing to some people, but to me it matters more than I'd like it to. It's wrong to profit from something like light ice. You either get a half a cup of tea or pay extra for hardly any ice. Why can't there be a happy medium, a drink with enough ice, but not so much that it dominates it. It's as though they purposely add that much ice to try to force you to pay an extra dollar the next time. It's so disappointing. I thought Bosa wasn't the kind of company to pull that kind of thing, but I guess it's inescapable.

I need a store manager or owner to call me tomorrow morning. The way I was treated at your location on central by Indian school was TERRIBLE. Your employee yelled at me, refused to remake my drink as it tasted TERRIBLE. She walked away/ ignored me when I tried to speak with her. She was extremely hostile, I’ve never been so offended and embarrassed in my life. I will NOT ever come to Bosa again if this is the way that your team talks to customers. She is an Asian girl, dark hair, wore a grey hoodie. This all just took place at 10:35 tonight. I’ve seen other reviews on yelp with people talking poorly about how she treats your customers and you have ALLOWED her to continue to act this way. I better receive a phone call within the next 48hrs otherwise I will do whatever I can to consistently post negative reviews and make sure none of my friends or family visit Bosa again.

Bosa is my go-to spot for fresh, delicious donuts! Their variety is incredible, with classic favorites and unique flavors that never disappoint. The donuts are always soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, making it a great place to grab a treat any time of day. Highly recommend!

Excellent donuts. One of the few places with ‘original’ crispy style sugar vanilla cream filled donuts. Great local donuts.

Just ordered a sandwich Turkey and cheese on a croissant. The lady ask did I want everything on it I ask what was everything on it. She said lettuce tomato and jalapeño. Ok fine give me that. I open my sandwich it have some sauce on it that was never mentioned at all to me. I gave it back to them and they did not want to make a new sandwich for me. Never going back there again. 1/6/25
