Trevor’s across the street told us about this gem. Their donuts do not disappoint. Bear Claw is a winner and so is the classic Apple Fritter.

Looking for a donut fix at any hour? BoSa Donuts has you covered, many locations are open seven days a week, and a number even stay open 24/7, so those late-night cravings are always satisfied. Their donuts strike the perfect balance between light and flavorful, whether it’s flaky glazed classics, apple fritters, or cake varieties that are never too dense. The vibe feels laid-back and local, especially at their cafes with drive-thru convenience and breakfast sandwiches like croissants with eggs and cheese that pair perfectly with a fresh cup of coffee. Friendly, efficient service, and always a welcoming energy, BoSa delivers consistently good indulgence at any time of day or night.

This place used to be great now they charge you a dollar for light ice in your drink versus regular price with regular ice I don’t get how you can charge somebody for taking something out of a item and every time we go the price is different has gone downhill very quickly in the past few months check your receipt and question the prices so you don’t get ripped off as well

I went to drive thru and ordered a hot drink and a donut. The person ordering seemed very distracted and was doing some tasks that I can hear since she left her microphone on. After making my order and a long 40 second pause, she asked if that's all. I said yes.
I get to window and she hands me a cold drink. I said sorry but, I ordered a hit drink, she still tried to give it to me and said they cant make it a hot one right now. (I believe this was a choice as they gsve no other reason to not being able to) I said no thank you, I would like a refund for the drink.
I was given a refund for my entire order so, without going through the process of asking for my donut, I just thanks and lefts.
Ive been here before and know the food is good. So, not an issue with food or atmosphere. Just service...
Comment, get your act together and pay attention to your customer. Communicate as expected within thr foundation of customer service.

I don't eat Bosa donuts. I don't think they're that good. I parked near this establishment

Only have had the donuts. They are all very good. No crazy flavors or kinds, just your standard donuts but they are all really really good.

I’m not sure who the lady in the afternoon is but her attitude will just ruin your day. I came in with a smile and quickly shut down even my mom asked why I looked so sad coming back to the car. If you want to have more people come in be friendly and have better service.

Good donuts, etc..., But, i would really like to see all donut shops carry/make vegan donuts. Just saying.
