I’m not sure who the lady in the afternoon is but her attitude will just ruin your day. I came in with a smile and quickly shut down even my mom asked why I looked so sad coming back to the car. If you want to have more people come in be friendly and have better service.

Donuts are decent. Lots of cake donuts, which I'm not a fan of. A little expensive to me (just under $20 w/tax) for a dozen donuts that were all regular donuts. Where I typically go is cheaper, but these guys were close, so... And, you'd think they'd take a portion of their profits and make the store look better. Place is pretty grungy looking and probably hasn't ever been remodeled. Everything looks like the late 70's or early 80's.

Trying to start a diet but not doing so well it had been a long day and I just wanted something sweet so I stopped in at Bosa donuts. I found the biggest donut there was and asked if I could have that heated and some butter on the side. I was told no by the person helping me. Directly behind her was a microwave. I said well there is a microwave that should be able to heat it and she said I’ve never done that and continued to prepare my order. The donut I already mentioned and a coffee. She wa probdidn’t really strike me as being obstinate but more like , it’s something her generation didn’t understand . Really angry because I would like to at least have it heated.
Some say they are not very friendly and rush you. But, I say the food is great, and the service is fast so you can get on your way! I love that they're quick and also accurate. I've never had a mistake on any of my orders in the drive thru either. That's rare these days!

It's donuts, they have all different kinds. They took care of us fast and easy. We ordered a dozen and two thai teas yum. My husband also ordered a piña colada smoothie that was delightful. One place that never gets old...

If I could give your business no stars I would , idk if you don't have enough business or your low on product but if anyone drops their drink you should replace that drink, unless they throw it on the ground themselves out of disrespect but when it comes to KIDS that should be different !!? Kids are young but being a mother of an autistic child things happen & mistakes happen but to not even show kindness, mercy & a little grace by just replacing the drink is crazy coming off super selfish & greedy.... It would have been the easiest thing to do but you'd rather allow some kids to leave upset. That's unfortunate. (Not my kids ) ** your business may have forgotten how the internet works now days & how quick something can change your business when you don't realize who you may be helping that day
