I work nights and occasionally come here when I work late and get off about 4am.I get a delicious specialty doughnut and an awesome sandwich with everything for about 10 bucks. That a deal these days! and it really hits the spot after driving a truck all night!First time gave it a try because nothing else is open , I never expected such great food for a reasonable price.If you opened up earlier I might be there every day!?

They THREW a pastry at me!!!! The security camera has the TRUTH!! I asked for a bearclaw, they pointed to a pastry & seemed happy to say it was a bearclaw. I took my 1st bite & it had apple in it...this certainly is not a normal bearclaw; this has been my favorite pastry since I was a kid & they NEVER have apple in them. I went to the counter, with a small piece of apple pastry in one hand & the bag with the rest of the apple pastry, to ask for replacement since this had apple in it, aka, I was sold the wrong pastry; I needed a new pastry or needed a refund. The same person gasped a little at my situation & said they told me their bearclaws had apple, plus, said I had to pay extra for a new/replacement donut...did not offer me a refund. PATHETIC business practices unworthy of anyone's money. Well, I went from polite, but direct, customer sitting inside with my mother to 'FURIOUS & not going to take the injustice' mode. In my immediate frustration, I yelled, "that is bulls#!+"!; they just stared at me, saying nothing. I didn't know what else to do & without thinking I THREW the rest of the small bit in my hand at the person, hit them on the right cheek, I turned to go back to sit with my mom, & THEY HIT ME IN THE BACK WITH ONE OF THOSE LONG DONUTS!! I was surprised, picked up the long donut and tried to throw it back; it hit the counter and fell on the floor in the dining area...in the picture, that's the deplorable, donut-throwing creature. And the LIES & SUPERVISOR INCOMPETENCY...the security camera has the TRUTH!!: I was writing this review as I sat while I heard them say to the supervisor they threw the same small piece back at me and not a new donut, plus that they had told me it had apple...note the supervisor is concerned first about whether they wasted a new donut to throw at me & is concerned only with the deplorable creature's opinion! Supervisor NEVER came out to talk with me, only whined to me from the back of the counter a couple of times...I was seated for at least 5 minutes. Then, as I walked out the supervisor whined something about wanting to protect their employees...once again, I got irate, yelled about how they should have given me a refund or a new donut & threw the bag with the rest of the apple pastry across the store, toward the ceiling. It is sad how business practices are shifting in food/hospitality...cost is going up, customers are less often getting what they pay for & are badly treated at the same time.

We had donuts, a boba Thai tea and a breakfast sandwich. They were all fantastic and at twelve bucks and change, definitely the right price. The service was fine and the atmosphere is what you'd expect for a donut shop. These are the best donuts in town or damn close, so I'll definitely be back.
They just threw my food in the bag!! On top of that I only got one piece of ham? the service was bad the lady was rushing me and rude! I don’t think I’ll be stopping by again anytime soon.

One of my favorite Bosa locations, my coworkers and I get a dozen donuts for one another's birthday (large team so usually at least once a month) and at 7 am every time the employees are always so helpful and quick, even with a big line!
Honestly, the gas station down the street has better donuts. These are disgusting and sopping with oil. Like they'd been left sitting in cold cooking oil. Tried again a week or so later thinking it was maybe a fluke, and they were exactly the same. Terrible. Will not go back. Service was fine and maybe everything else is good, but when you have "donuts" in the name...
