It was an okay visit . No customer service. Don’t feel like welcoming I mean to say not friendly at all. In the bad part, they don’t have a seating area, and the prices are high compared to the Bosa donut in my area .
Pay your employees better since they ask for a 20% tip if they don't get angry, it's not a restaurant, it's a joke that they ask for a 20% tip, it's more that they ask for a tip, I'm a waiter and I earn the tip by giving a good service, for more than 40 minutes, not for 1 second of serving a donut, I hope it helps you, thank you
The donuts and drinks are always on point. They are very good but the prices are ridiculous. 3 donuts and 3 boba drinks came out to $29.44. The prices have increase to a ridiculous amount and I know everybody blames it on the pandemic. But there are a few l9cations where the bobas are still under $4 and the donuts are still 99cents each
