Saddened to see the location permentantly closed. The staff have always been amazing and helpful. The food was always fresh and delicious. Sadly all that remains is poor quality food in all directions from Boston Market. I hope marketing understands the disappointment us customers have toward the closure and hope one day soon the doors open again.

Closed in middle of afternoon. No warning. TUES June 272023 at 3pm. We drove from downtown in 100 degree heat to Northern for nothing. Also no one was answering the phone.

This place has no consistency at all. It is hit or miss if they are open or not. Terrible service. Maybe hire some employees. Or sell it. Your making the brand look bad.

Good chain restaurant. The food tastes just find, all American fair. The meatloaf sandwich is really good and yet simple.

So disappointing!!! Drove all the way to the nearest Boston market location to my home which isn't close, only to find them closed with a home made sign on the door saying that they are closing early now at 3 o'clock!!!!Like really???!!! Only open for lunch?? Seems ridiculous, there were so many people pulling up and driving away disappointed just like me, They really need to update their hours so they're not wasting everybody's time!I have a feeling this location will be closed completely soon :(

This location is on its last leg, just close already .......... they are now no longer open on the weekends, and they were out of chicken the day we went on Friday!! A lot of the lights around the building and lettering are burnt out. They have fans on tables that seems tacky, and the fire alarm kept chirping every 20 seconds

So I ordered from door-dash and I usually order from this location. This time the food was really cold and I got old chicken. It tasted different and the mashed potatoes tasted like you all ran out and got instant mashed potatoes from the store and made it. Basically everything seemed rushed. It’s not usually like that but idk what happened.

Laziness at its finest! Horrible place! Went there to place a catering order and the woman who was working in the evening on Tuesday night was incredibly lazy! I drove from the North side of Phoenix and simply asked if we could place an order ahead of time for a event. She said no because they didn't have time or the inventory, to change the computers over. You would think Boston Market would have their act together considering how their finances have been over the past several years.

I haven't been to Boston Market for ages ... I don't remember it being fabulous, but it was never terrible. that changed today ... I ordered the Nashville Hot sandwich ... the chicken patty was dry...tasted as though it was made of sawdust ... the Nashville Hot sauce was pleasantly spicy but had a weird chemical aftertaste. Its pretty tragic when the Value menu spicy chicken sandwich at McDonald's is significantly superior. I also got a pot pie for tomorrow ... hoping my purchase wasn't a total waste of money.

Food at $40 was not so desirable. The quality has dropped. Not wroth the money... I remember the food having taste. I would recommend this restaurant.
