Phenomenal! We went in for brunch and mimosas and had an amazing experience. First, the food was so damn good! They say you can tell when a chef cooks with passion, and Chef James does- you can taste it! The plates of food were gorgeous. The quality of the food was top notch. Even the fruit in the mimosas were perfect.
Every member of the staff we encountered was super friendly and on it. Our waitress, Jasmine, was knowledgeable about the menu, had a great personality and provided excellent service.
We were seated quickly, got our flight of mimosas within minutes, food arrived fast and its a fun atmosphere.
I didn't notice the service fee but our experience was so good, it was worth it. We'll be going back for sure!
Went for a event. Kinda of a younger crowd, but The food was delicious. The music was good and the overall visuals were good.
My nephew suggested this place for his graduation brunch breakfast, horrible horrible. I ordered eggs scrambled with cheese., the eggs came out way before the rest of my food the cheese wasn't scrambled into the eggs just laid on top, chicken (not bad) and waffles. The waffles taste like pancake batter. I mention my concerns to the manager whatever, he than brought me out another plate of eggs still not what I requested so we waited all 20 mins or so now I'm irritated, the manager came back to our table addressing some other issues. He tried making correction took my waffles and brought back french toast, by this time our party was ready to go.
Bad for business and on top of that all these damn fees. My son ordered the SEAFOOD BRUNCH LOVER with a side of bacon orange juice and I chicken waffles eggs and a soda $90
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! 2HRS waiting, other tables served before us and arrived after US. Music nothing but fowel cussing wgen families are here with kids. Drinks came 1 at a time we are a table of 14 like all the other tables. Cooks look like they're having a great time but all these families are waiting, waiting, waiting for what we ordered. Ive been to busy places and some with 1 cook or 2 and have recieved faster FASTER SERVICE... I can't even rate the food because NOTHING HAS ARRIVED.
I WOULD NEVER RECCOMENED THIS PLACE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE MUSIC BLASTING.. IT'S A RESTURANT NOT A NIGHT CLUB!! Arrived and ordered at 11a its 12:59n still no food... they couldnt do my blt but yet everyone is getting side orders of bacon.... DON'T RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!!! NEVER AGAIN
Food was great but the wait was crazyyyy! It was Mothers Day though,
OVER CHARGE !!!! Should be illegal to charge an automatic tip ! ESPECIALLY WITH BAD SERVICE FROM A UNHAPPY PERSON , I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
The food was excellent. The drinks were delicious. Trendy and good vibe. There is so much more to come back and try on the menu.
Menu said gratuity if group of 6 or more. It was only three of us, and we were told by waitress we didn't need to tip if we didn't want to because they already added a gratuity. I still tipped her for telling us. I think this is bad customer service. I think this is a result of a young customer base. Regardless, I will go back one more time. If this happens again, I will ask to speak to the manager to explain. The only other issue was that none of the tv's were working, and NBA Playoffs were taking place. Happy to spend my money at black owned establishments, but we must take care of the customer. Service was a little slow. Took twenty minutes and asked 2nd waitress for our drinks. The food was pretty good.
Rebecca was amazing with service for me and my family 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Great food Great people and great service.Anytime I'm in Arizona this will be my go to spot.
My lady friends and I decided to get together for a brunch. We made a reservation to be there at a certain time. All of us but 1 in our party showed up on time. We informed the hostess that we were a party of 5 but waiting for 1 more. They refused to seat us until our entire party was there. We sat off to the side for a while but after finding out our late friend would be a little later than expected we went back to the hostess, who seemed very annoyed with us at this point, and let her know that we wanted to go ahead and be seated without the friend and if she showed up then we would cross that bridge. She again told us we could not do that because once we placed our initial orders we would not be able to order anything else because there is a 1 hour time limit to dine. We then asked could we at least go over to the bar and have some drinks while we wait, which we did. The bartenders were amazing! But after we finally were able to be seated at a table and order. The server was not engaging at all. She didn’t give much of a getting, she stood there with her tablet and quietly waited for us to order. She appeared a bit irritated having to wait for us to order. The food was basic and didn’t measure up to the description the menu provided. All in all, it wasn’t the greatest experience at all.
Disappointing First (and Last) Visit
I really wanted to like Brunch House. We’ve driven by it many times and were finally able to stop in today. Unfortunately, the experience—from service to food—was disappointing.
The hostess/waitress greeted us with a flat, uninterested attitude, and we didn’t feel welcome at all. (To be fair, I was in pajamas and slippers, so maybe that didn’t help—but still, hospitality shouldn’t depend on your outfit.)
We ordered the Brunch House Oleg omelet, which came with incredibly dry chicken—it honestly tasted like it had been cooked days earlier and just reheated. On the brighter side, the Peach Cobbler Chicken and Waffle was good and nicely presented.
We also had two coffees, which never got refilled. Asking for cream felt like we were bothering the waitress, who only came back to our table at the very end—by then, the sauce I needed for my omelet was useless.
The worst part? The check. We weren’t given an itemized receipt—just told the total was $57. It felt off, so we went back in to ask for a breakdown. Turns out there was a $9 service fee (which wasn’t disclosed) and $4 in overcharges compared to what we saw on the QR code menu. Had I known about the auto-gratuity, I wouldn’t have added a $10 tip on top.
You can make your own call, but for us, this was a one-and-done. We won’t be returning.
So delicious. Excellent service. Nice and quiet atmosphere. The Scramble was a little on the small side but filling. The Strawberry Smash waffle was perfection.
