Utterly worst service.
their staff is having issues among themselves and showing their sadness all over the place.
I went there on 3/4/2025 around 8pm, someone gave the table at 8:07 pm and then took the drinks order at 8:32 PM and food order took around 9:00 PM and food came around 9:37 PM and I added couple more order of wings and they came after 30 mins and waived hands couple of times get the attention of the server and get Refill of my soda, I think they dont have a manager at the place and the work culture looks like a mess, one waitress is doing awesome job and remaning are just running all over the place and doing nothing.
the guy who served us (Curly golden hair dude) looks like tierd for doing nothing and when we asked about the cold food that was served he said “Sorry I cannot help you on that I am just briging the food from Kitchen”.

this place needs a experianced manager for sure.

I have more things to mention but I dont want to waste my energy anymore….

So we were a party of 13. There for a birthday. Darren was our waiter. He was awesome. He was all over the place! Him and a girl with long hair was working really hard. While there all the order servers and "manager" was standing around joking, not even willing to help them. People were pouring in all night. This was my first and LAST time coming to this one. I applause for Darren. He handled our table with pure professionalism and always checked back. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

Ordered on Buffalo Wild Wings Website for Super Bowl Sunday! Order never came by 3rd party delivery company…DoorDash. Contact the store manager, she said they can’t remake the order. I said okay I want a refund. She said if DD confirms the order was not received they can refund my money. I then contact DD. They apologized to me and sent BWW a email which I have the confirmation that it wasn’t received. After calling customer service 3 times and emailing the customer service account. It’s NOW 3/1/25 and I have yet to receive my Refund or Food! At this point I feel like they stole both! This is Insane! Awaiting another manager call back! Ugh ~Amber W.

They have good deals throughout the week, we've been back a few times and have not had any issues with the food, the wings and burgers reheat well and make great leftovers.

On November 27, 2024, my daughter and I went here for dinner after we Googled the location hours and found they didn't close until much later that night. The resturant was live with customers. We stood at the front for over 20 minutes as 5 different staff members walked past us not saying a thing. Finally, an employee emerged from the back and asked, " Can I help you?" I said, "Yes, can we please get a table?" He kindly said, "I'm sorry, we are closed." I informed him that it said they were open until later online. He said, " Yeah, I'm sorry. We closed early for the holiday." Needless to say, the lack of hospitality has made this a restaurant chain we will no longer support.

Walked out after 45 minutes without even getting drinks.

Management needs to do better. They can’t have two kids working the entire room and expect them to be successful. Hostess sat us down and didn’t give us menus, cuz she was so busy helping the waiter. It took the waiter 10 minutes to talk to us, cuz he was covering too many tables. He wasn’t able to take our order until about 20 minutes into our experience. 40 minutes in and we still didn’t have our drinks. We were there with our 7 month old and decided we couldn’t keep waiting. We got up and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous that we had to do they and I completely blame management for not adequately staffing the place

I don't normally post a review but I was not completely impressed here. The service was not very good. Although we were waiting for our last person to arrive, the server never asked if we wanted to get appetizers. They waited until the last of our party arrived. By that time, we had been there about 20 minutes. Then it took a good 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted to order our meals. I had to ask for mine to go because I needed to get home. I didn't get to eat with my friends. And very seldom in the 40 or so minutes before the food was ordered, the server never really checked on us. It was a bit busy but not horribly busy.

I was a server many years ago. I always made a point to check on my tables if I was walking by, even if they were not ready to order.

Always been a fan of BWW. Ordered the traditional wings BOGO 50% off to go with my brother last Tuesday, December 10th around 8PM. When I got home, I was severely disappointed. It was as if they poured a bit of sauce into the carry out container, tossed the wings in, shook the container a few times and patted themselves on the back. On top of 80% of the wings being completely barren of sauce, they were severely overcooked. I’m not willing to take the risk of getting this quality of wings again, especially when looking forward to it all week. Wish the staff cared about serving quality wings, but unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be the case.

This might singlehandedly been the worst experience and service from whoever that dude with the curly brown hair is. He kept assuming we knew the deal/promotion that was happening and kept referencing a sheet that was supposed to be on the table. Didn't bother to help accommodate or explain properly until we asked specifically for each separate portion what was allowed and what wasn't allowed. He wasn't listening to our orders and the customizations at all. Afterwards, (currently at a time where it wasn't busy) he proceeded to not give our drinks for about 20 minutes after the fact and only after assisting 2 people ready to give him his tips and rushing to their beck and call, but not service us properly for some god forsaken reason. After a while longer he mentions to us that our food will be ready soon, but 5 minutes later he comes back to ask us what were the flavors of the chicken we asked for? Which then led to an even longer waiting time. AND when the food came it was cold??? WHAT? After noticing one of our drinks were empty, he mentioned that he would get us a refill, but didnt do so until after we were done eating and as we were observing him all the random tasks and tables he stopped clearing is crazy. Does not know how to prioritize his duties whatsoever. Absolutely horrid communication and really shows hes just here for his hourly and cant be bothered. All of this and his terrible highschool-like attitude just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. What should've been an hour dine-in was instead 2 hours from him being perma distracted.

(NO LONGER CORRECT REFERENCE UPDATE BELOW) This place is constantly good food. Still having staffing issues here and there but everyone is very nice which offsets some of the little issues.

Update: 12/5/24

After sleeping on the terrible experience here is my issues with this place:

1) Server was terrible he would rather chat with his coworkers than actually attend to the tables he runs.

2) He messed up our order 3 times and i believe he forgot to put in the order.

3) Took over 45 min for the sampler and it was still wrong.

4) forgot to put in my daughters order which showed up after i asked multiple times.

5) He had no ambition to wait on our table, didn't even ask us if we wanted to order more than an appetizer so we just left after that and didn't order more food.

Manager was just floating around and didn't seem to notice the server just doing the bare minimum.

This place is just terrible will never come back after this just left frustrated.
