This is probably one of the better B-Dubs in the valley! The food comes out quick and its fresh!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Ordered a pick up order and paid online. Waited at the pickup desk for 15-20 minutes before I had to go to the kitchen door and ask for our order. Meanwhile there for multiple servers around, customers walking TO the server to pay their bill, a customer with a menu in his hand in LINE to talk to the server… I ordered 20 wings with 4 ranches and my sauce on the side. Food is not even hot, I have 1 ranch for 20 wings and NO sauce…. every time I come here I remember why I shouldn’t. 🙄

Salad was half rotten, wing showed up barely warm and dried out. Celery and carrots dried out and dirty. Restaurant is filthy, your feet stick to the floor as you walk. The windows you can barely see through because they haven't been cleaned in I don't know how long. The restroom smell and floors awful. I feel sorry for the waitresses here!

Absolutely awful experiance. Walked in and it smelled awful then we were seated and it took them 20 mins to get a drink order even started. Food was cold only half of the party got their food and had zero napkins and utensils to even start. Over all awful experience save your money and go somewhere else. This place won't be open much longer with experiences like this.

I have been to 30+ buffalo wild wings across the country and the food was great but one of the people with me ordered nachos with triple chili, triple cheese, and they got plain nachos, and I ordered fries and didn’t get get any ketchup, no napkins, but they don’t care it’s all about volume

If I could give zero Stars I would for customer service. I order wings once a week because they're really good and it's a great deal when you order online. In the last 3 weeks two of my orders were wrong. Today I called and talked to the manager on duty Candice or Cassidy. I don't know what her name was but she was very rude. She said Robert was her manager and he doesn't come in till Monday. She didn't care and just said oh I think someone's new. No I'm sorry this happened to you twice in the last three orders. I said what are you going to do about that and she said I'll give you a refund. When I asked how much she said $5 and I said more than $5 was missing from my order and she acted very annoyed and did not care. When I asked again how much she was going to credit my card she rudely said $10. Poor poor poor customer service. I don't care if the wings are delicious. I won't be getting them once a week anymore.

KEEP READING: Pick somewhere else as soon as possible let me save you the trouble! First of all we have tried this location occasionally to stop by for some wings and to no surprise it’s been a horrible experience time after time. Always thinking maybe this time! We ordered mozzarella sticks first; they came out hollow with no cheese due to being over cooked. Next we ordered the pick 6 which mind you comes with 2 drinks, 2 entrees, & 2 sides. Had the deal not come with all this included we would have just ordered waters. Asked to speak to management and a young man came and looked like he had no idea how to respond to any of our concerns(Brennan). Following after asked again to talk to a manager and CANDICE came to address the situation. She might have been worse! It was like speaking to the wall. Like HELLO are you in there????
Body was there but the mind no where to be found!!! She wanted us to still pay for the items seperate when they weren’t even eaten and also were in the deal to begin with. We walked out with no food, no apologies, and customers that will no longer be giving this place another chance.

Pictures below: wings were probably made at open and served at 9pm. Also the managers need to be re trained! You need someone who knows how to properly take care of guests and how to speak properly. It’s common sense how to handle an issue.

This Place is disgusting! Serving out old dry chicken that tasted like it was weeks left out! This place should be investigated/inspected and shut down!!!!! Very dirty!!! Do not waste your hard working money here! I can promise you it’s not worth it!!!

No help sitting. Waited at the hostess stand 5 minutes. The guests that came in afterwards were helped first as the hostess literally had to have me move out of the way. No help with getting a game on near me. Maybe 20% occupied. 15 minutes before a game. Absolutely no focus on customer service. Left. Huge disappointment.

Ordered for pick up. Before we left, checked the bag and realized a wrap was missing. Person handing out the orders seemed like he was in a different planet. Got home and realized they gave us 4 wings instead of 6, in the 6 piece wing value meal. Horrible service and always something wrong or missing.

their staff is having issues among themselves and showing their sadness all over the place.
I went there on 3/4/2025 around 8pm, someone gave the table at 8:07 pm and then took the drinks order at 8:32 PM and food order took around 9:00 PM and food came around 9:37 PM and I added couple more order of wings and they came after 30 mins and waived hands couple of times get the attention of the server and get Refill of my soda, I think they dont have a manager at the place and the work culture looks like a mess, one waitress is doing awesome job and remaning are just running all over the place and doing nothing.
the guy who served us (Curly golden hair dude) looks like tierd for doing nothing and when we asked about the cold food that was served he said “Sorry I cannot help you on that I am just briging the food from Kitchen”.
this place needs a experianced manager for sure.
I have more things to mention but I dont want to waste my energy anymore….

So we were a party of 13. There for a birthday. Darren was our waiter. He was awesome. He was all over the place! Him and a girl with long hair was working really hard. While there all the order servers and "manager" was standing around joking, not even willing to help them. People were pouring in all night. This was my first and LAST time coming to this one. I applause for Darren. He handled our table with pure professionalism and always checked back. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

Ordered on Buffalo Wild Wings Website for Super Bowl Sunday! Order never came by 3rd party delivery company…DoorDash. Contact the store manager, she said they can’t remake the order. I said okay I want a refund. She said if DD confirms the order was not received they can refund my money. I then contact DD. They apologized to me and sent BWW a email which I have the confirmation that it wasn’t received. After calling customer service 3 times and emailing the customer service account. It’s NOW 3/1/25 and I have yet to receive my Refund or Food! At this point I feel like they stole both! This is Insane! Awaiting another manager call back! Ugh ~Amber W.

They have good deals throughout the week, we've been back a few times and have not had any issues with the food, the wings and burgers reheat well and make great leftovers.
