I order wings with sauce on the side. They gave me wings with sauce and wont replace them with what I order. I have wasted my money and didnt get the food.

Very unimpressed with this location. Used to manage a Wingstop over in Louisiana so I am used to customer service and what is required. Walked in and a woman with purple hair(the manager) started to take our order. I wasnt familiar with the menu so I stood back and was looking to see what looked good. One of our friends took us out to eat, she is an older woman (50) who is very sweet. She had been waiting for us for a few minutes and when we got in purple friend informed us we weren't allowed to dine in, which wasn't a big deal. Our friend the asked the manager if we maybe could just for 30 minutes and the manager very rudely said no. Like she was talking to a child. I disregarded this as I assumed maybe she asked a few times and she was just having a bad day. Our friend said she wanted to try one of the burger things. We were then rudely informed they had a shipment come late and they weren't selling them. Our friend then asked what was available and the manager gestured wildly and said everything else. I can't really describe how rude it was over text. Our friend then asked what the manager thought she should get. The manager said anything she wanted. Our friend the turned to us very uncomfortable and let us know she didn't feel comfortable ordering. I told the manager we didn't want to order and our friend left the establishment. I stayed behind and got the name of the manager (Sabrina). In the entire exchange my friend was not rude a single time and never raised her voice but the manager did and was swinging her arms around wildly angry that we didn't know every item on the menu. I try not to write negative reviews but the service was so appaling I don't think I can go to another Buffalo wild wings. As I said earlier I was the assistant General manager to a wing stop in Louisiana and If I heard one of my employees treating a customer like that they would have been fired on the spot. Judging by the other ratings I doubt this review will even be seen nevertheless I hope this location can improve.

Cashier was rude about my online order and when I tried to place the order at the store location she said the system was down very convenient

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Buffalo Wild Wings.
No hi, no welcome in, nothing!
I let the cashier know I ordered online. And at the same time I'm looking at my confirmation email. And I asked the cashier what information does she need to get my order. She then told me I need to verify my order. So I'm looking for some type of confirmation in the email which there isn't one. So I asked her again, what information does she need to get my order. she said I needed to confirm my order. and I explained there is no confirmation number or anything on the email. She finally asked what my name was and I had told her.
She then turned around grabbed a bag put it on the counter and started doing something with the cash register.
She did not say here you go sir, have a nice day, come back again, Nothing...!
Just ignored me.
She needs a course in customer service.
As I stated before, Sadly I will not be returning to this location.

I’m not able to give a review on the food because the man behind the counter was so rude we decided to go to another location. So hopefully he isn’t as rude to anyone else as he was to us cause I’m sure it would have been worth the visit.

They corrected my order and remade it fresh after Uber Eats delivered the wrong order. I am very impressed! The owner even gave me my tip back in cash! Great service! Food is perfectly seasoned and fresh! Great job. This is my “go to spot” whenever I’m in AZ. #GoLions 🏆🏈

Ordered 20 piece traditional wings, which were so hard and dry. Fries and cheese curds were good. Had we been eating in the restaurant I would have sent the wings back, but our order was a pick up order. First time order from Buffalo Wild Wings, very disappointed.

Did a order online 20 boneless wings and large fry we got 1 ranch for 20 wings and the wings aren't even what we ordered i call down to the location 2x and no pick up on top of that when I came in to get the food nobody was around I was happy they opened a bww by my house years ago but I will never come back to this location every time the food is wrong or cold smh this location needs better management

I've never given a 5 star review for any place. I've ever been because there's always room for improvement for this place. I'm giving a five star review because I felt s and had an amazing night, and Had an amazing experience here! Nicole greeted us with a great smile, provided excellent service throughout and was knowledgeable and experienced in all topics and conversations we had with her. The food was top quality — the chicken wings were delicious in nature and the sauce.Was divine. Service was impressive. But again, we think that's just because of the cold nicole, made it a point to check on us constantly throughout our night, even though we weren't regulars and we were visiting from out of town. restaurant itself was clean. But besides nicole, the other thing that stood out was the energy in the room. I've never been to an establishment, especially a sports bar where I felt the energy was positive and warranted or welcome great food. Great entertainment and a great time. I’ll definitely go back. Nicole, when we come back, we're coming back because we want to meet the rest of your crew because we met you. Never have we ever met one person that made us feel like we were dining at our own home.
To management, Nicole, must be your employee of the month every month, because although everybody was friendly and available.No one put in that extra mile like nicole did.
