Buffalo Wild Wings ‘GO’

😒😒😒😒I have no words ..

Did a order online 20 boneless wings and large fry we got 1 ranch for 20 wings and the wings aren't even what we ordered i call down to the location 2x and no pick up on top of that when I came in to get the food nobody was around I was happy they opened a bww by my house years ago but I will never come back to this location every time the food is wrong or cold smh this location needs better management

Whoever the girl was working 5/3/2023 at 10 pm was rude to my girlfriend and made her cry

Addicting, it’s close to my home and the staff is always welcoming and accommodating when need be good location…

I've never given a 5 star review for any place. I've ever been because there's always room for improvement for this place. I'm giving a five star review because I felt s and had an amazing night, and Had an amazing experience here! Nicole greeted us with a great smile, provided excellent service throughout and was knowledgeable and experienced in all topics and conversations we had with her. The food was top quality — the chicken wings were delicious in nature and the sauce.Was divine. Service was impressive. But again, we think that's just because of the cold nicole, made it a point to check on us constantly throughout our night, even though we weren't regulars and we were visiting from out of town. restaurant itself was clean. But besides nicole, the other thing that stood out was the energy in the room. I've never been to an establishment, especially a sports bar where I felt the energy was positive and warranted or welcome great food. Great entertainment and a great time. I’ll definitely go back. Nicole, when we come back, we're coming back because we want to meet the rest of your crew because we met you. Never have we ever met one person that made us feel like we were dining at our own home.

To management, Nicole, must be your employee of the month every month, because although everybody was friendly and available.No one put in that extra mile like nicole did.

Got off work late about hour ago starving, noticed this place open. Turns out they was closing in 5 minutes but I went in anyway. Nicole is so nice and sweet..spectacular service, food was fantastic! Thx u guys!

Wouldn't recommend. Every time we go here they mess up our food, or it's horribly cold. The employees are always in a bad mood and I believe if you don't tip on the app they will mess up your order intentionally.

The wings tasted like they had been frozen thawed frozen again & thawed. Tough meat & cooked to being hard & dry. We ate what we could but most of them were hard as a rock! This was GO Buffalo Wild Wings not the large usual Buffalo Wild Wings. Do not go to one of these small quick GO places. We will Not be back. We will stick with Wing Stop or try Buffalo larger locations done-in.

If your hours are til 5, you can't stop taking orders at 430... this is horrible service. If you want to close at 430. Then change your hours to 430.

The service is atrocious! The elderly man behind the counter is very rude and has little to no knowledge about their menu. It was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings and absolutely the last! Unfortunately, it's not because of their food.

About 4 minutes ago went and picked up an order. Had to listen to the manager belittle the new employee must have gone on for at least 8 minutes. Completely making the employee feel like he was nothing and belittling him in front of all of the people waiting. I Will not order from a place that allows managers to train people this way kept saying how he can't do this and can't do that can't even use a paper bag. That is disgusting behavior for a manager. I'm a property manager I would have fired her immediately.

Ordered 20 wings on Uber eats pick up and sent my girlfriend to pick it up. When she arrived she was told she wasn't an Uber driver so they couldn't give her the food and proceeded to argue with her. She called me to send a screenshot of the pick up order which I did and the guy at the counter still wouldn't release our order to her, he stated you can't order for pick up in postmates or Uber eats. He berated my girlfriend so I drove up there and told him it's my order my name is on it and proceeded to just stare If I'm not an Uber driver I can't get the food even after showing him the order on the app for pick up. Finally after 20 mins of arguing the other woman working spoke up that the guy is wrong and told him to give us the food I paid for. We got our food got home and everything was ice cold the package was falling apart leaking sauce everywhere. I will never be going back to this place the Mexican food place down the street makes better wings and they're cheaper.

Overall a horrible concept! Everytime we go there it’s ALWAYS closed down “due to system issues” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL atmosphere! Been there 4 times & EVERYTIME we were turned away. Employees have no idea why or what’s going on in there establishment ! DO BETTER
