Buffalo Wild Wings ‘GO’

If your hours are til 5, you can't stop taking orders at 430... this is horrible service. If you want to close at 430. Then change your hours to 430.

The service is atrocious! The elderly man behind the counter is very rude and has little to no knowledge about their menu. It was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings and absolutely the last! Unfortunately, it's not because of their food.

About 4 minutes ago went and picked up an order. Had to listen to the manager belittle the new employee must have gone on for at least 8 minutes. Completely making the employee feel like he was nothing and belittling him in front of all of the people waiting. I Will not order from a place that allows managers to train people this way kept saying how he can't do this and can't do that can't even use a paper bag. That is disgusting behavior for a manager. I'm a property manager I would have fired her immediately.

Ordered 20 wings on Uber eats pick up and sent my girlfriend to pick it up. When she arrived she was told she wasn't an Uber driver so they couldn't give her the food and proceeded to argue with her. She called me to send a screenshot of the pick up order which I did and the guy at the counter still wouldn't release our order to her, he stated you can't order for pick up in postmates or Uber eats. He berated my girlfriend so I drove up there and told him it's my order my name is on it and proceeded to just stare If I'm not an Uber driver I can't get the food even after showing him the order on the app for pick up. Finally after 20 mins of arguing the other woman working spoke up that the guy is wrong and told him to give us the food I paid for. We got our food got home and everything was ice cold the package was falling apart leaking sauce everywhere. I will never be going back to this place the Mexican food place down the street makes better wings and they're cheaper.

Overall a horrible concept! Everytime we go there it’s ALWAYS closed down “due to system issues” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL atmosphere! Been there 4 times & EVERYTIME we were turned away. Employees have no idea why or what’s going on in there establishment ! DO BETTER

I just wanna say, last night the way Miss Nikki handled this very rude and aggressive woman is commendable...She just kept apologizing and offering to make it right even after being called out her name.....girrrrl I'm not from here and it couldn't have been me!!! Anywayz our wings were great and the service was great we will return soon!!!

Uber messed up my order but Nikki came in clutch by cutting through the bs, glitches and errors and WILLED ON TO THIS EARTH 15 BONELESS MILD WINGS with a side of ranch JUST TO ENSURE THIS MAN GOT HIS FOOD HOT, GOOD AND ON DAMN SCHEDULED. TOOOOO NIKKKKKIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with Customer Service being very horrible. This female working at the front was very rude, seems like she doesn’t like her job, this is the not the first time that she is not being nice to me. I won’t be coming here anymore I’ve been a long time customer but not anymore. This is very disappointing. I came in on August 18th 2024.

I made a mistake when I ordered lemon sauce, I meant the seasoning!!. Miss Nicole and Miss Faith were superb!!!...They had no problem fixing my order at no extra charge...I'm so happy thx guys!!
