As I had already ordered and was waiting for my food, I happened to start reading reviews. As I started to get nervous hoping I wouldn't have the same experience, my ordered had been called out. The staff was super friendly, my order was fresh and hot, and there was PLENTY of sauce on the wings. I had ordered BBQ wings, the golden hot, and the Gardener "sauce" flavor. The wings were big too, had plenty of meat. I also got regular fries and the wedges. I also got the ranch and the veggies. I had 0 complaints. It was excellent! Will definitely order again as I live right around the corner. Thank you!

I am so sad to give this review. I love ordering from buffalo wild wings, and this GO location was so convenient for me. Unfortunately, this place has subpar staff members and has given me 3 terrible experiences in since the New Year 2024. I have three scenarios that make me never want to order from this location again. Honestly, this location shouldn't be allowed to continue this way. The first happened when I ordered blazin wings. I love spicy food. when we picked up the food and brought it home, the blazin wings were completely sauceless. We called to complain and talked to a young lady who told us they didn't have any blazin sauce. As a brand dedicated to delivering "legendary" experiences they should have called the customer (me) to let me know when they received the order and realized. However, it's clear the employees just don't care. That's genuinely a reflection of management. Second, I ordered blazin wings again at a different day/time. This time, we knew better than to leave without checking that they were sauced as ordered. (Sad that it's even come to that). When we checked, the wings had some sauce on them but clearly hadnt been tossed. They had just drizzled the sauce over the top a little. We asked the lady behind the counter about it and she said they "arent able to toss them because they didnt have a blazin bowl. and they couldnt do it because it takes 3 days to clean the bowl once the sauce touches it". Im really not a snooty customer that believes the customer is always right. But honestly, it was 7pm (prime dinner rush) and that reasoning is not acceptable. The customer shouldnt receive unsatisfactory food because the restaurant cant care enough to serve their products as ordered. Now my final point, and experience before writing this review, is that I ordered again for pick up. When we arrived, they said a door dasher had picked it up. Confused, we asked how because our app/receipt/everything said that it was a PICK UP order. I never once even confirmed an address for it to be delivered too and - oh yeah - chose pick up. Through their app no less, not doordash. Duh. It sounds ridiculous. The young lady (who was actually the nice one) said they confirmed a name on the app. But, this just can't possibly be true and we're disappointed that we were told that information to begin with. You'd think they'd be empathetic, apologetic, and offer solutions. But we were only told that they couldn't remake the food and we'd have to contact customer support for a refund. Idk about you, but that was straight don't care attitude. We've actually had several experiences with a single woman who, not sure if she is the manager or a lead, has been unhelpful through all of these situations. She's a tall woman, dark complexion, currently has red or pink braids, on the heavier side. Anyways, I hope this location takes a hard look at the service they are providing. If I ever order here again, unlikely, i'll make sure to always check the wings have sauce on them, ask for sauce on the side to toss them myself if they can't, and call ahead to let them know it's a pick up order. See why i'm not coming back? Convenience has never had so many steps. Sincerely, one disappointed customer.

Horrible!! Put in an online order said it’ll be ready in 20 mins went to pick it up only for them to tell me I had to wait another 20 mins got home and realized they didn’t give me my complete order was missing my fries and the wings were the wrong sauce and just had sauce thrown on top! Went back to pick up my fries and the manager said I had to wait for them because she was backed up horrible service never coming back here

I ordered 20 medium boneless with fries, and it was incredible. It took me 20 minutes to get home, and the food was out of the oven hot. The wings were delicious, and flavorful. The fries were crispy and hot. In addition, the fries were not soggy after arriving home(most take out fries get soggy on the way home). Buffalo Wild Wings GO may not be a full service restaurant, but that doesn't stop the quality from being top tier. I cannot wait to come back?

Never ordering from here again and especially not thru Uber eats! We ordered a 10pc boneless and a 15pc boneless with carrots and ranch. We got 10 boneless, 15 traditional and no carrots. The boneless we got had a drizzle of sauce that looked like it was thrown on after the fact. Awful...

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!They tell you one price then charge you another. The Lady that took our order blamed it on corporate not updating the menus and refusing to come out. Was almost charged $60 for 2 burgers plain.

Super rude employee, my partner and I came in on a Thursday and we paid separately. He ordered a BOGO of the boneless wings. He got Buffalo and spicy garlic. It was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I figured I'd get myself something and more because my friend was coming over to hang out with us. I ordered a burger and the BOGO of Buffalo wings and parm & garlic. The girl at the register was sweet and asked me if I wanted a side when I said Buffalo boneless wings and I asked if it came with one and she said "oh wait, did you want the BOGO?" I said yes and once we were done she repeated everything back to me. I spent 28$ roughly. They put both mine and my boyfriend's orders in the same bag and we left. When I got home I realized my order wasn't right, it was but it wasn't. I was charged 28$ for just the garlic and parm and the burger. I originally wanted Buffalo and garlic parm to share with my friends. My boyfriend started digging in before I did so he ate part of the food by the time I got to mine and noticed something was missing. He called the store for me but I don't think he was understanding the problem I was having so I took over the phone and tried explaining myself. I asked if I could do store credit and or if I could just get the wings I wanted, I figured it costed the same anyway since it's buy one get one. The lady on the phone got annoyed and told me she couldn't help me because she heard two different stories, and told me it didn't matter if I had proof of anything since she had my order pulled up on my screen. I ended up just hanging up because she was mean about it. My friend then called because she thought if they heard it from someone else it'd help make more sense but the lady proceeded to say it didn't matter and hung up on her. We ended up going into the store because we felt like we should handle it in person, it wasn't a big deal but more or so principle and we showed her the photos of everything and explained the situation, I also had my receipts with me. She said it was miscommunication and the girl that helped us left so she couldn't get her side and told us our order was right and there was nothing they could do about it. We left disappointed, I spent almost 30$ on a burger and 6 chicken nuggets that were mid and the girl on shift was a bitch long story short.

Worst place ever to get food, i ordered on the phone and was very specific on what i needed. Came in and got the complete opposite. The manager gary does not care for his mistakes and just shrugs it off.. i come here for lunch and always run into some new issue. Worst buffalo wild wings in az.

not this being the slowest togo restaurant i've ever heard of! this is the saddest restaurant i've ever seen, ONE person working!!! i frequent this restaurant ALL the time & it's ALWAYS a 30 min wait. i don't get it, how can you advertise being a togo restaurant and have normal RESTAURANT wait times??? i've been a server, and i've also worked in kitchens, this is atrocious. wont be returning.

The two employees working were so nice. The customer service was lovely I really appreciate how friendly they were. My order was perfect great amount of sauce. I was so surprised I will definitely be back best experience I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings and also any quick serve locations. Bathrooms were super clean as well as the lobby.
