The lady that initially helped me was super nice! But she wasn't at the counter when I had gone up with my complaint. I got through half my Jr Whopper before I realized I didn't have cheese on it. I went up to tell someone but there was no one there. The staff behind the window saw me looking from them to the drive thru window and back and didn't say anything. I turned to sit back down. Then a kid from behind the counter asked me what was wrong from across the room after I had walked away. So I told him, "I'm halfway through the burger so I don't expect to be refunded or anything, but I don't have any cheese and I paid a dollar for it. Just thought I'd let you know to keep an eye out." This guy who couldn't have been more than 21 goes "Oh you should have brought it up right away..." To which I said, "Well yeah, but I didn't notice until halfway through. I don't want a refund or anything, just heads up." The fry cooks seem to be young and unfocused. While fast food is a starting job for many, that is no excuse for skipping the basics. Instead of placing blame back on the customer, apologize and offer a solution. But seeing that initially those that were behind the counter were hesitant to even help me at first I just decided to take the small $1 loss and never come back to this location. It was also dirty. Most tables had crumbs and there was an unbussed table that remained untouched for the 30 mins I was there. The one on 14th and Bell is much better. Also the onion rings were not fried long enough so they felt soft instead of crispy. Best of luck to this location...

I was waiting 27 minutes for a regular chicken sandwich and a small fry and I watched a worker drop a burger and pick it up and wrapped it. I just cant trust or believe how hazardous the food is especially when the cooks with gloves are on their phones.

They don’t like to make fresh food when asked. I’m constantly having to go through the drive through twice whenever I come here because they refuse to either put it in the order, or the kitchen workers are lazy. Maybe a combination of both. But when the food does come out as ordered, it’s amazing.

Came here on Tuesday 12/3/24 at 3:40pm and the place is closed. There wre employees in there, sitting down. But no note or anything letting customers know they were closed. Is it closed for good now?

PEOPLE READ PLEASE… I paid 20.93 for a medium whopper meal which came up to be 11.93 , the man at the window gave me my drink and burger , I realized I didn’t get my receipt or change , turn back and get off , I go inside and I told him hey I didn’t get my change and he’s smiling saying yes he did give me my change , I’m like no you didn’t , we going back and forth ,and he tells the manager at the time that I didn’t get my change ,she said I’ll count the drawer and pulls out the drive thru drawer, I’m like no this man went to the front and put my money in the front drawer , she then asked him if he went to the front he said yes , she’s counts the drive thru drawer still, for what ? I don’t know why, he didn’t put my money there!, 10 minutes later I’m still waiting for my change and I swear I’m going to call the cops if she says the drawer not short, it’s not about the 9$ it’s about the sketchy workers here, she comes back with my 9$ saying she didn’t count the front drawers so there’s no way of knowing , I got my change and left , listen people I never write reviews but this doesn’t feel right, has this man taken money from the company before , honestly Burger King, if you reading this, look into it cause this man gave me the impression he has done it before , and thanks to the manager for getting me my change back honestly ma’am investigate !! This happened on 10/31 6pm
Crunchy cookies and locked bathrooms don't earn stars. And I had two flies buzzing around my face the entire time I sat to eat.
