Getting my order in right was a challenge. Size and flavor were confused on the drink. And then I had to confirm that I do in fact want the coins in change. Way, way too complicated.
Getting into the bathroom is a needless hassle. The bag comes with no napkins, no ketchup, no pepper. I didn't even want to bother hunting down the staff again. None of that is available on the customer side of the counter of course.
My burger was made wrong. I put it in as a separate order from the app to use a reward. The kitchen added mayo I clearly didn't ask for while missing pickles entirely and barely adding lettuce.
I'd like to go and wash my hands now but I'll just go somewhere else.
My patience for modern fast food is wearing very thin.

Every time I order from here, they never give me all the things I order. And when I call and tell them they left out an item, they hang up on me instead of trying to find a solution. The people who work at night suck.

My husband and I was running late for lunch and he has no time for lunch due to working so we. Order 2 whopper jr and 1 medium fries 🍟 . I m not a burger fan but I enjoy burger sometimes unfornatualy this is horrible experience the foods taste bitterness for both burger and specifically the 🍟. Then we can’t eat them even though we was starving.
I think the Onwer should check the process specially change the oil … keep reusing old oil for food cooking may lead a lot of sickness included cancer . Pls change and improve. Thank tou

Good afternoon, I am a regular customer at this location and I suddenly craved some Fries and a Sprite, apparently I wasn’t being loud enough so “Evelyn” (the coworker of the person taking my order) Felt the need to make a rude remark. As I continued I spoke up and I pulled up to the window, I Asked her why she had to make a snarky comment about the way I spoke, She felt offended and slammed the window in my face! I always come through this drive thru and have never experienced Rudeness at that local😢 it’s so sad how they just hire anyone now days especially due to the high Drug Rates. Please Help Evelyn in her recovery ❤️🩹

Filthy Facilities, rude & unfriendly staff, extremely rude service at drive-thru window! Drive-thru littered with debris, drive-thru window & counter were visibly dirty (sauce on counter/fingerprints on window, the bathroom and the restaurant were dirty & unkempt, the staff (manager included) was very rude & unaccomodating, service was very slow, ended up cancelling order and eating elsewhere! I wouldn't recommend anyone go eat at this store... It's no wonder they are even open for business!

I had a taste for a whopper and this store let me down yet again their food is always salty and they never get the orders right instead of getting a whopper they gave me a bacon double cheese burger this burger King sucks never eating burger King again fries are never cooked right and always salty I will be putting this store on my blog

The Manager even though short staffed did not buckle under pressure held it all together with a smile awsome job
Great store!!!!!!!!! Employees were very polite and the lady who helped me even remembered I had been there before. Tables and floors were clean. Men's room was very clean.
The food was delicious and the service was incredible, the cashier Jose was very friendly
