The last 2x I've been to this location they have almost ruined my favorite food chain. I had ordered the Bacon King Meal, no mayo add BBQ with large fries and a large CHERRY COKE also a classic crispy wrap with NO sauce!!! First they try to charge me and give me a frozen cherry coke slushie, that is not what I ordered. I asked for a CHERRY COKE SODA not slushie! Then they give me the snack wrap with the sauce on it when I asked for no sauce, but I'll let it slide on the wrap cause the sauce wasn't to bad. The only reason I keep coming to this location is because it is in a convenient location for my family and I. Moral of the story? Make sure you leave with what you asked for.

I've been coming here regularly for 8 years. Only place to get a cheeseburger in the morning. Today (11/12/23 @ about 8:40am) I went to get myself another cheeseburger. There are cheeseburgers on the breakfast menu at the drive thru. The person there was very rude to me, shouting at me through the speaker that they only served breakfast and wouldn't serve a burger. I tried pointing out there are burgers on the menu and she continued to yell and argue with me through the speaker and I just left. This was the most insane drive thru experience I've ever had.

They have a serious pink mold problem with their soda fountain. I've been here multiple times in the last month and basically instantly spit out any drink that I order because you can taste it so strongly. It makes me question how clean the rest of their kitchen maintenance process is.

Dagnabit! I must ask does it take an act of the Almighty to get a hot burger, and more so freshly prepared as opposed to previously? Its preposterous!Needless to say but I will, I use to love BK as you use to be able to order a delicious, (hot I might add) and freshly prepared yummy burger off the broiler prepared to succulent perfection but not any more.I mean its a reasonable presumption, well assumption to have it my way which use to be their slogan and quite memorable not the burgers which I hasten to forget as they set the expectation to after all have it my way as duly noted and that is hot not room temperature...geesh Louise!Suffice it to say this is the first time I went to BK in over two years and they never fail to disappoint to disappoint and I don't blame the employees as the reason I gave three stars was the superb customer service of a very gracious, and endearing young lady working the window and I even complimented her, and made the experience although diminished worthwhile.

I’ve never been inside this location. It’s always been through the drive-thru. But, this is the best Burger King I’ve been to in some time and has become my go-to fast food restaurant when I need a quick bite to eat. It’s not a busy area, so rarely a long wait and the food is always made fresh and served hot. I have not had a negative experience there and couldn’t be happier with the friendly service.
