Male employee working the register doesn't know what's going on. I ordered a shroom and Swiss burger with a chocolate shake. He finally gives me the burger, but I had to ask about the shake. He THEN informs me the machine stopped working (yeah right). So I asked for a sweet tea. He repeats "Sweet tea? Sure", and gives me the cup. I go to the machine. No tea at all. I tell him that. He goes "Oh we don't have sweet tea. I can give you unsweetened tea, and sugar packets" I told him "sweet tea don't work like that" Now I'm stuck drinking a soda, which i don't drink because they had nothing else I actually like. Won't come back here again.
The employees look like they don't want to be here either.

The staff was friendly and the place was super clean . The parking lot is nice and big. The food was old and dry and made very poorly with zero effort to care about who would be eating it. This place was recently remodeled and looks great. Just don't see the point if you keep the same quality of food and people making it.
The last 3 times I've gone to pick up my take out food they have gotten my order wrong and they were simple orders. Had to get down all three times and the 3 times I've gone they have teens working and they are just talking which is fine but maybe that's why they get the orders wrong, then you tell them that your order is wrong and they make a face so they check the order and I explain what's missing then just get the food put it in a bag and give it to me and dont even say I'm sorry or have a good night nothing. I will not be going back to that location it's suppose to be fast food not having to go through drive through then see that order is wrong and have to get down to get it fixed

wow, this location was an amazing experience! im probably high right now, but they made my food so fresh, the girl w the eyeshadow, was so sweet & made sure my sauce was in the bag! she needs a raise!! ima come here everytime i smoke.

Would definitely say it's time to close this Burger King down food sucks service sucks every time!!! I'd highly recommend turning it into a car wash at this point so sad a vending machine gives out better food...
