Dirty restaurant, and the staff at the front was a garbage person. Didnt wanna deal with any of the customers or wanna be at his job period. Why work if you arent gonna treat people decent? Dont go there, drive the extra 5 minutes to another BK
Today's service was poor. The cashier seemed annoyed to serve us. He wouldn't allow my daughter to use the restroom until we made a purchase. Halfway through ordering, I had to beg him to unlock it before she urinated on herself. He got our drink orders wrong and gave us filthy cups with no straws. The employees were irate when we asked for our food to be bagged as it was to be takeout instead of dine-in. We also got onion rings in our fries without asking for them, and they just threw our tater tots in the bag amongst our fries instead of placing them in their own container. The quality of the food was not up to par, and the restrooms were in terrible condition. I can't think of anything that went well during our visit.

when i went to the drive around 7:50pm on march 9th i had to wait 10 minutes to order, didnât let me know the drinks had no ice, got my order wrong, i wanted 2 HERSY PIES, i got charged for 2 cheesy tots, NOT WHAT I WANTED. and only given 1 hershey pie. was very unsatisfied. the manger on shift was rude, donât know her name, but she was rude. she also said she couldnât cut my original chicken sandwich in half cause you guys were âshort staffedâ but yet i went back inside there was a total of 5 people working 2 boys which were on their phones. with a lobby full and a drive thru. leaving the manger to not be able to take order for 10+ mins. i will never come back thanks

A homeless came with a plastic cup that had some milk in it and asked if sone ice can be put in it. The employee got the scooper with ice and the scooper touched the homeless's dirty cup. Nasty!!!
