One of the doors was locked so I had to walk around the building in the hot summer to get inside, have to ask to get in the bathroom, and there is a hole in the wall inside the bathroom. The food is ok, but I ain't ever coming here again

As soon as you walk in, you could feel the great environment and workers are very helpful and extremely nice. Best experience in the fast food restaurant I’ve had in years. Carlos was very attentive and professional. You guys need to take care of him while he takes care of us the customers

Great group of workers, who take care of their responsibilities for the local community. Food is always made on time & correctly. When a customer comes in aggressively, they handle the situation professionally & always find a way to satisfy their customers no matter the situation. They are always taking care of their business with the customers..A special shout out to Carlos & Bobby. For remaining solid when the store is busy or not. Two soild workers. A Great place to get breakfast & start your day & take care of your business etc. 💯

Today i went here to get ice water the mexican guy was laughing at me on how i look he also charged me a dollar for a cup of water and then gave me water cup which is illegal because we live in the desert and then to give me a water cup after i gave him a dollar is crazy whats corporates number

I am only giving you 2 stars because the cashier he was super friendly and did his job well. I am upset because I order your 2/$5 Chicken Sandwiches and they came out soggy in the middle and juicy on the inside. Which tells me several things yes you cooked them fresh cause they were hot, but you guys pulled them out of the oil early to rush the order and your service plus the fries I got for being a app user were also pulled out to soon. They were limp, barely crisp and had a bite to them. They were not golden brown and crispy. They were very light in color. It was also obvious they were not cooked to time or temperature. Please STOP doing this. I don’t mind waiting for hot fresh food! Time and temperature are to the leading causes to foodborne illness in most restaurants and food businesses please do not sacrifice the quality standard when it comes to those items you will make someone sick. I was barely able to eat most of my food. I threw half of it away. It was a waste. I have diverticulitis in my colon and I cannot eat undercooked food. Customers don’t mind waiting for fresh and hot food and if you’re restaurant manager is coming down on you for speed of service wow they’re just gonna have to wait a bit. You can’t pull and park every car and you can’t rush the orders and the quality it’s sacrifices safety.
