I placed the order at 6:20. I received my food at 7:23.
Not to mention the employees we're cursing loud enough for me to hear in the lobby.

Service was great. Food was what you except from burger king. AC was not working. The team members are working a very unsafe environment with as hot as it was in the building and that was the sitting area I can't imagine how hot it was in the kitchen. I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

Went to get food tonight. Fryer was down which is fine it happens. Whats not okay is making us wait in the drive through, like you could have at least let us park in the parking lot. I wasn't even getting food after i heard about the wait, but still had to wait in the drive through.

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. The drive-thru person had no skills at all. She didn't know how to multitask. She would ask me to go head with my order and when I said my order she would say hold on hold on hold on. As I can see there was a car in front of me so I know she was taking money at the same time. You can't take money and take an order at the same time then you don't belong working drive-thru. Not only that I spent $45 for me to come all the way home and see they got the order incorrect. While I was there the lady didn't put the drink in the cup holder right so when she handed me the drinks, it spilled all down the inside of my vehicle and the inside of my window. I am so beyond mad right now. Do not ever go to this location. If I were you I'd go to the one on the 101 and 35th Avenue before I even think about going near this location. Because clearly they don't pick up their phone for a customer complaint, and think a Hershey's pie is supposed to make it all better, knowing I now have to get my car detailed since soda spilled inside my windows frame....uggghhh.... Never ever again. Pics below to show the mounds of mayo I had to remove when I asked for no mayo, only cheese. Oh and the pickle I removed when I asked for a plain cheeseburger for my youngest daughter.

Very great location. I believe this is a franchise and we'll managed. I don't know the owners but they hire phenomenal individuals and train them well. I rarely have issues with anything here.

They were little short staff I thought and drive through seemed to be really busy. So we had to wait a little bit, but that was no big deal.
I did find that the dining area could have been cleaned up a little bit better.
I noticed some repairs on the outside of the building, and on the inside that should be addressed, not just fixed with tape.
All this is not a really big deal. We'll be back again. But I just thought it should be addressed.

The main complaint for reviewers appears to be the drive thru. I went into the store itself and was very well attended, with the manager being very attentive and generous with the servings. I'm sure they are working hard to turn their reviews around and it shows. The store was very clean.

Door dasher, waited 20 minutes for an order and they didn’t even start it. The cook, (guy with dreads) needs to be fired! He was the slowest worker I’ve ever seen. I dropped the order eventually. Get it together management! Store location 13635 nth 35th ave phoenix
I drove thru. The girl who took our order was so confused. I don’t know what it was for her to comprehend but we kept repeating our order and she still didn’t understand. She finally got it right and asked us to wait in front of the building. 10 minutes later we finally got our order. And it was still wrong. It was a bad drive thru. Never going to this Burger King again.
Fast food but it takes 20 minutes and repeating your order 3 times in the drive thru.
Y’all suck fr 30 min wait are you kidding me and not having the cheesy tots? Then put not available on the app and why on earth would you give us our ice cream before we even got our food doesn’t it make sense to give that last?? Get it together my god you guys are a mess
