The main complaint for reviewers appears to be the drive thru. I went into the store itself and was very well attended, with the manager being very attentive and generous with the servings. I'm sure they are working hard to turn their reviews around and it shows. The store was very clean.

Door dasher, waited 20 minutes for an order and they didn’t even start it. The cook, (guy with dreads) needs to be fired! He was the slowest worker I’ve ever seen. I dropped the order eventually. Get it together management! Store location 13635 nth 35th ave phoenix

I drove thru. The girl who took our order was so confused. I don’t know what it was for her to comprehend but we kept repeating our order and she still didn’t understand. She finally got it right and asked us to wait in front of the building. 10 minutes later we finally got our order. And it was still wrong. It was a bad drive thru. Never going to this Burger King again.

If I get sick the shift that works the 9 pm over loaded my chicken sandwich with mayo chicken looked burnt it was bad not a complainer but this time they got out of hand some body needs to go check up on that shift some one responsible it’s the one on 35th ave and thunderbird by the fry’s they are bad bad

I visited Burger King yesterday around noon and Sierra took my order. Im a picky eater but she was patient and answered my questions. Good customer service skills. The sandwich was good and the fries were salted. Love vanilla shakes.

The lady that took my order was not interested in my order she kept asking the cook to make her different sandwiches it took 25 minutes to get my food and it was cold the hash browns were raw.
Worst bk experience i have ever had. Stood in line for ten minutes was not acknowledged at all. Finally got to order and then waited 25 minutes to have our number called and went to the counter and was told that they thought we left and said the order was (bumped), and then waited another 20 minutes. I feel it was done on purpose. Not one person in line at the drive through.

Whopper Wednesday had me going by drive thru, and I was not aware that you have to have a code for 3.99 Sierra. the young lady at the drive thru went above and beyond to help get the code on the app. I don't frequent BKs but when I am hungry for Whoppers this is my place to go.

If you've had Burger King before, you know what to expect, and it is good. I'm not a huge fan of hamburgers, however, when I'm in the mood for one, I always go to BK. When you're in the mood for it, it hits just right every time. This location was quick and they were polite. No complaints from me, I would definitely come back again.
