This is the third time I took my kids here for dinner and each time they got the orders wrong, this time it took three times and still didn’t get the orders right. It wasn’t rocket science, plain burger with bacon on a potato bun, plain burger with a little ketchup on a potato bun. That was it every time, we’re never coming back.

Food was cold, and there was no changing table to change my baby anyehere, and the bathrooms were not clean. However, the employees were very kind and courteous as they interacted with us, and the eating area was clean!

Asia took my order today at around 3pm during their rush hour and I have not had such good customer service in a very long time. I don't normally go out to eat. I have goals and dreams to achieve so I am normally at home eating my cousins home made cooking. All I have to say is the atmosphere is nice though a bit messy. I don't blame them for that cause they need all hands on deck to knock the orders out. Haven't tried the Wednesdays burger yet, but my favorite color is purple. If anything Asia I am cheering you on. Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding. Please keep up the good work. If you're reading this, you matter and you are whole and complete. It just takes some time to realize it if you have been through a lot. Keep going strong. Hope the rest of the journey is a loving one. You are enough. The world is a better place with you in it 🤗

I decided to try this location again after a year or so. 10/10 - I arrived 30 or so minutes before closing. Ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. Came on a regular hamburger bun. Okay. Fine. Only thing warm on the sandwich was the bacon I had added (barely). Fries were stale and cold. I also found a hair in my fries. Cheesy tots were decently warm. I figured after waiting close to 5-10 minutes in the drive-thru, they made new fries or something. I was wrong. I chalked it up to being understaffed. At least the cashier apologized for the wait. 🤷🏻♂️.
Rude rude employees. How are you going to be rude because i asked for my receipt, or because you charged me for something you had out of stock. Than you Gave me something that wasnt of equal value. The worst burger king in Phoenix and glendale. Its a shame its family owned.
My folks got a large order of 6 burgers 🍔 and Nuggets and fries
The buns were the sourdough buns which are not burger buns as usual
They burnt the burgers and Nuggets
And the fries were under cooked

It seems like every single time I’m go here after my weekly reptiles store run, they just keep getting worse and worse. From waiting over five minutes, just to have my order to be taken, to another 5 to 10 minutes for my food and not even an apology for the wait. The workers may be nice, but their service is terrible. And the food is never up to par with the wait time. You would think that they slaughtering the cow and growing the potatoes in the back. This week will be the last time I go to this location. Very disappointing

Avoid at all cost! Made the mistake of making an online order. They did not have what I ordered so it took them 45 minutes to get my food. Had me pull ahead waiting 20 mins go back through the drive thru and they had the food sitting there. Thanks for not honoring my online order, the terrible service at the drive thru. Please help yourself and DO NOT visit this location!
