I went today to buy food and I saw and heard a manager name Eden saying that she has bed bugs at her house. Also saw her scratching her arms and wasn't wearing any gloves. Already made a complaint to Maricopa Health Department

Dont expect to be able to use their restroom. Went in for an emergency stop a lady there refused to tell me the code and said Im just going to have to wait until shes done with the customer. Afterwards she still refused to tell me the code and thankfully at least let me use the restroom but typed in the code herself covering it so I wouldn't see it. And then started to lecture me about how restrooms are for customers only! I said I can buy a drink if that makes you happy. She then seemed to get upset and walk back to her register. I honestly would have went back to order a drink just to make her happy but there was quite a long line and it really wasn't worth it especially after how I was treated. I certainly wont be a customer ever at this location. Dont worry I will never be back and know better to use the qt down the road if it's that important.

I don't live close to this BK but its definitely worth the drive. Not sure if his name or if he works only night shift but both times ive been there late, he always has a great attitude and makes the food good. I don't expect this everywhere i go but its impressive when it happen so that's why im writing this. Store 9465 You guys Rule!

Came with my two kids to this Location cause the have a playground for the little ones . Waited in line an I believe was the manage yelling at her employees very disrespectful since the start . The young lady she was yelling at look like she wanted to cry . Seems like the manager didn’t have a good day she was taking it off on everyone . She then came to the playground and started being disrespectful cause the kids are playing on the computer games . Didn’t see what the problem was . Never coming to this location. Again .

They were giving the people that came after me their orders. I was still waiting for my meal. I went up to the register told the young girl I haven't received my meal others after me already had their meal. The manager was upset with her. But the manager was the one happily in front handing out the other orders. Her fault as well. For not going by order taken first.

Don’t get me wrong, Burger King never fails to make good food, however, what’s with the long wait? I ordered fries and a drink, took about 15 minutes for my order to be given. I understand that there is cars in the drive thru, but there is multiple employees and all of them are working on the same order? Everything else is great, the place is clean, food is good, orders just take longer than usual.

Don’t know what’s wrong with these responses of the restaurants getting bad reviews… I have worked at this location back in 1999-2008…
Things have change but when you put a management to provide better customer service make sure everyone is in the same page….
3/27/2025 i was at the drive through gave my rewards number to get points… 53 42 22 I had to repeat it numerous of times like if you can’t hear the customer at the drive through maybe you should stop playing around…. The old thing they got wrong was my sandwich I literally ask NO Onions, No Tomatoes but add extra cheese…
I ask for yellow and white cheese put it between the meat patties… the only thing it was missing the white cheese… came back after I went through the car wash…. Walk in to the lobby and explain to them listen closely and carefully…. This order is in correct…
I ask for no onions no tomatoes and both cheeses of yellow and white cheese… then the girl who took my order try to remember my order but could and repeat the order but said no pickles smh are you serious… if you guys can’t make my order right let me know I will go in the kitchen and make it my way!!!!
Com on guys get it together!!!! You can do it wait you can’t because between 2months to a year from today you will have another bad review…..
