They were giving the people that came after me their orders. I was still waiting for my meal. I went up to the register told the young girl I haven't received my meal others after me already had their meal. The manager was upset with her. But the manager was the one happily in front handing out the other orders. Her fault as well. For not going by order taken first.

Don’t get me wrong, Burger King never fails to make good food, however, what’s with the long wait? I ordered fries and a drink, took about 15 minutes for my order to be given. I understand that there is cars in the drive thru, but there is multiple employees and all of them are working on the same order? Everything else is great, the place is clean, food is good, orders just take longer than usual.

Don’t know what’s wrong with these responses of the restaurants getting bad reviews… I have worked at this location back in 1999-2008…

Things have change but when you put a management to provide better customer service make sure everyone is in the same page….
3/27/2025 i was at the drive through gave my rewards number to get points… 53 42 22 I had to repeat it numerous of times like if you can’t hear the customer at the drive through maybe you should stop playing around…. The old thing they got wrong was my sandwich I literally ask NO Onions, No Tomatoes but add extra cheese…
I ask for yellow and white cheese put it between the meat patties… the only thing it was missing the white cheese… came back after I went through the car wash…. Walk in to the lobby and explain to them listen closely and carefully…. This order is in correct…

I ask for no onions no tomatoes and both cheeses of yellow and white cheese… then the girl who took my order try to remember my order but could and repeat the order but said no pickles smh are you serious… if you guys can’t make my order right let me know I will go in the kitchen and make it my way!!!!

Com on guys get it together!!!! You can do it wait you can’t because between 2months to a year from today you will have another bad review…..

How does a child's meal not only not have the main item of chicken in there but no toy? Ordered two kids meals and both had no toy and the chicken nuggets weren't even in the one that was suppose to have it. And it was marked for chicken but had a hamburger in it which went with the other meal.

Rating a 3 for overall experience because all of female staff who tried to be of assistance were very friendly. I ordered at this location because I was issued a coupon through the app because a different location did not give me my items I ordered. I don’t mind this location but my husband has had some issues when it comes to mobile ordering and being told they don’t have the order only to later be given the original order that was cold and left off to the side. This visit I attempted to order food that included two milkshakes in the order through the app. When I arrived I was told they had no milkshakes and had to cancel the order, I couldnt get a refund because it was from the app but the women at the window told me the other employee said I can cancel on the app and get my money back but if not come the next evening and she will remake the order. No luck with the app so I return the next day, next day I re explain to someone else and then talk to the same female from the night before who tells me the shake machine is broken and the manager says she can’t give me a partial order now and to return two days from then to get the full order and the manager will call me. Two more days go by, no call, so I come back. I explain to people who have no idea what I’m talking about yet again and have me pull up. I wait a very long time and someone comes out with my original order from almost a week ago. She tells me that the manager, the same manager who said they would be there today but wasn’t, says next time there’s an issue come back and Jen the original employee is working to get it remade, as if I know the employees schedule, as if I had not requested this multiple days in a row each time I come back. I appreciate the employees but clearly the manager got them confused and I wouldn’t blame a team for issues when their captain is irresponsible. Thank you to the bk employees for being as accommodating as possible trying to do the right thing but I won’t be coming back. Way too many issues, becoming a week long shit show to get a milkshake.

I will never go thought was touch screen like most other place do cross phoenix but don't have anything when you try order they want speak to you in Spanish and be rumors about about the last time I check I live in usa we speak English the tables all dirt look have clean in some long the floor is dirt and homeless camp outside of door said for money coming on get your stuff together you need security guard hired someone to guard the store I never recommend that place to anyone I know it in tolleson but you still upgrade you stuff and clean your damn restaurants up

I asked for churro and he said we haven't started selling those ,knowing damn well I've been ordering some the last month. Lazy not wanting to make any.

Please, don't go to this family-owned Burger King.

There's a man that usually works the front or in drive-thru and he has a mouth on him. When you go through drive-thru you can give the order and he will repeat and ask you a question and interrupt you before you can even answer. It's frustrating and then when you've called it out to a manager he gets an attitude defending himself. I doubt the manager does anything about it either because it's continued.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BURGER KING. IF YOU DOUBT ME, I'M LETTING YOU KNOW THAT I USED TO WORK AT BURGER KING AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
