They were giving the people that came after me their orders. I was still waiting for my meal. I went up to the register told the young girl I haven't received my meal others after me already had their meal. The manager was upset with her. But the manager was the one happily in front handing out the other orders. Her fault as well. For not going by order taken first.
Don’t get me wrong, Burger King never fails to make good food, however, what’s with the long wait? I ordered fries and a drink, took about 15 minutes for my order to be given. I understand that there is cars in the drive thru, but there is multiple employees and all of them are working on the same order? Everything else is great, the place is clean, food is good, orders just take longer than usual.
Rating a 3 for overall experience because all of female staff who tried to be of assistance were very friendly. I ordered at this location because I was issued a coupon through the app because a different location did not give me my items I ordered. I don’t mind this location but my husband has had some issues when it comes to mobile ordering and being told they don’t have the order only to later be given the original order that was cold and left off to the side.
