Soda machine not working. When I told staff at the counter they took my cup to another machine to add ice and Sprite. While waiting for the rest of my order another customer presented to the counter. Their order included beverages. The employee handed them empty cups. The owner should be aware of the malfunctioning drink machines in the front, no ice and warm soda. The employee should have filled their beverages from the other machine and provided their cups full.

Absolutely ridiculous, horrible service, run down, dirty, can’t even see the menu when you go inside because the monitors don’t work. Looked up the menu on my phone and when I was attempting to order I was told every combo is only available through an app. Do they even have combos anymore?!? I remember why I have never even thought about eating at Burger King in over 20 years during that very short trip.

Went today and had a issue with the cashier and manager Erica she is a worst manger I will be reporting her to the corporate she shouldn't be as manager and the cashier either both should be fired, i will take action on them .....

They Ripped my paddy in half and gave me hard buns. Why?
I usually use the drive through because The woman at the counter always has an attitude and they're usually okay in the drive through, I got food poisoning after eating the BBQ burger, and anything that wasn't a regular Whopper and never again ordered anything other than that. Also They never have half of the things on the menu or just don't want to make it.

The fiery strawberry & sprite ad came up on my phone while in the filibertos drive thru and I HAD TO have one. Made an extra stop specifically for just the drink. They tell me they no longer have that item. How?? Why?? Worst tease experience everrrrr. Why even put it out there???
