I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and chicken patty was a dark brown color I asked can they make a new one and Maria said that is the Color it’s supposed to be and If they made a new one it would be the same so I threw away because they didn’t seem to care to replace or refund. I didn’t want to get sick so I decided not to eat it. That is bad food and service.

Bad experience worked are rude and don’t even pay attention to your needs also they don’t have a baby changing table in their restroom and they get mad when I ask to use the restroom there is no ice never in the machines or even different drinks only 2 kinds.

LiL Philosophy

The kiosks don't have an option to accept cash, when done with an order anymore. You'll be subjected to wait and fill in an order while it could've been done on the kiosk with a simple feature. Nonetheless the workers are busy, they don't have time to work the front so if paying in legal tender remember, they took away a feature that made it more convenient for you.

I think the drive thru people are stealing money. I didn't get a receipt on my order and they didn't put all my items in bag. Missing items that I was charged for. I call and they dont answer just ignore after the first ring.

We went through the drive thru they forgot our whole burger just gave us chicken nuggets and fries. By the time we looked at the bag we were far.

Ice cold food. Staff is disrespectful to customers and seems to think not everyone understand Spanish, so they can talk shit in front of customers about other customers and their complaints about... ice cold food.

My two whopper jr patties were ice cold, mayonnaise dumped all over and the fries were just lukewarm. extremely disappointed and I'll not be back.

I ordered an Oreo shake on the kiosk. Waited 10 min to pay for it. There was a long line behind me and I’m still waiting 12 min later and no shake. Everybody else has their food. Guess because I’m the only white personal in here! Every employee has such a sour face. They are very rude. If you ask them what is taking so long while they are standing around on their phone, they look at you like how dare you. I definitely will not come back to this place.
