If you value your time at all, do NOT go to this location. I don't think I've ever spent less than ten minutes in their drive through. I live right across the street but will go up to Indian School if I want BK because this one is so terrible.

I come here about three times a week on my lunch break. Everytime I walk in there is no ketchup next to the soft drink station, no straws, and the people that work there are very unfriendly. I hope management does something about this location

Update: still garbage. Thought I'd give it another try. Thought id try the mushroom on grilled sourdough.. served on cold..unheated bread..never again. Cold food the last 3 times I went here. Employees don't know know what customer service is, and quite honestly...looked like they'd rather be anywhere else.

Staff have always been polite and genuine people. The food has always been prepared well, and not hard to find a clean table. If you use your points, you can always add a little value to your meal.

Super easy access to this ?? restaurant on 16th St. and Thomas Rd. Also, it's a block away from the I-17 fwy. Fast service when ordering and no issues (so far) with our meals. Parking ?️ is no issue. There are too many homeless people around the area, but just mind your business, and it'll be fine.
