I came here this morning at 830 am. Google says drive they is open at 8am. No One answered no one came to take my order. All the lights were on but not one staff person came to help me This location needs to do better.

After trying two other Burger Kings to get a special meal request for our child ( the other two had only one person working and the wait was over 40 minutes) We tried one more location, not wanting to break our kiddo's heart. We are SO glad we did. Very fast, just to order and perfect. Saved the day. Avoid the Locations on 13th and Bell and 32nd and Cactus. This is the true winner.

The African American gentleman running the drive through and taking orders was awesome! Great burger king! He was super super nice and helpful. He should be store manager if he's not already!
I spent years managing in food service and it's a very very tough job, especially with how the public is. Give that man a raise!

I ordered my OCS, cut in half and this is how they presented it to me. Absolutely unacceptable.
I’ve been here a multiple times through the drive and the service was good, this time I decided to eat inside cause My kids wanted too.. as I walked in the older lady/cahier had a long face as I walked up to order I said hi..she looked at me blankly then I said how are you still no answer I went ahead and ordered she couldn’t even bother to say the total the hole i really regretted my decision to eat in, then before we left she offered my kids Burger King crowns maybe she is bipolar
