Came in the morning to get something before work, employees inside but they ain't opening anything on time, now I gotta skip breakfast and waisted time just sitting there for 20 minutes.

Came at 7:40 to be told the dining room closes at 8…. But the sign says 9. There were still several people inside the restaurant while it was locked which was very strange. Maybe workers were short handed and felt unsafe for the area which makes sense, but then corporate needs to help these kids working with some security or something

This Burger King is horrible. They get the order wrong all of the time when I order through Uber or Door Dash. I usually order 4 kids meals and they never put a toy or cookie in all of them so some kids get them and some don't. They are lazy, they don't take responsibility for their bad service and they never answer the phone (probably baecause they suck). If you ever order from them, I suggest you visit the store so you can check their work. How hard is putting items in a damn bag? Smh

I have been thru the drive thru several times now and just want to commend a very nice gentleman by the name of Edmund. Edmund has amazing customer service skills and when Burger Kings motto says have it your way they mean just that. Thank you Edmund and I pray you get a raise in pay.
