Do not use the app they take your money but do not give you the food and they say it is an app issue and they are not the app people. Somehow the charge that was being processed was not posted so I did have to spend three hours disputing. A 3.90 charge. THE APP DOES NOT WORK

Today, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I rarely go to Burger King because I don't eat there as often, but I wanted to try their chicken fries. A man who was African American had black curly hair that was very short. I did not get his name, but he was working around 4:00 p.m. when I came in. I came in with a coupon, and right away he assisted me. I waited on my food for about 3 minutes, and I can tell he was quick and nice to me and someone else in the drive-through. I really appreciate him making my day better. Bless him.Kid-friendliness: The staff members had a lot of Burger King crowns display for anyone to take.

I dont explore the menu much but stop by from time to time when i need a quick bite. The employees here are super friendly and the service is quick, food is warm. Whoever yall had working drive-thru around 6pm tonight (12/27) just served up the best drive-thru experience I've had anywhere. His service was fantastic. I just stopped by for a cheeseburger and felt like I was leaving a 5 star restaurant tbh. Very efficient, friendly, and personable (thanked me by my name on my card!).

The last 2x I've been to this location they have almost ruined my favorite food chain. I had ordered the Bacon King Meal, no mayo add BBQ with large fries and a large CHERRY COKE also a classic crispy wrap with NO sauce!!! First they try to charge me and give me a frozen cherry coke slushie, that is not what I ordered. I asked for a CHERRY COKE SODA not slushie! Then they give me the snack wrap with the sauce on it when I asked for no sauce, but I'll let it slide on the wrap cause the sauce wasn't to bad. The only reason I keep coming to this location is because it is in a convenient location for my family and I. Moral of the story? Make sure you leave with what you asked for.
Lobby closed early because employees leaving early never heard of, so we had to get our food to go.. after a long roadtrip who wants to sit in their car and eat but they employees friends sit in the lobby.

We decided on Burger King for dinner. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with onion rings, a spicy chicken wrap and a whooper Jr meal with fries.No joke all the food was cold. I asked for an orange Fanta and I got a Coke. We didn't get straws. Out of all the order I think the wrap was the worst. The sauce wasn't sauce it had turned into oil. It had very little Buffalo sauce and it was horribly wrapped.We spent 22.00 dollars on food that wasn't even worth it.

I've been coming here regularly for 8 years. Only place to get a cheeseburger in the morning. Today (11/12/23 @ about 8:40am) I went to get myself another cheeseburger. There are cheeseburgers on the breakfast menu at the drive thru. The person there was very rude to me, shouting at me through the speaker that they only served breakfast and wouldn't serve a burger. I tried pointing out there are burgers on the menu and she continued to yell and argue with me through the speaker and I just left. This was the most insane drive thru experience I've ever had.

This place needs to be closed down by the health dept. Disgusting food, horrible service, If you need to prep for a colonoscopy this is the place to go guaranteed after eating here in a few hours you will spend the next day on the toilet.
