Customer service is always terrible here. I've lived in this area for a year and every time I've come here it is long wait times, messed up ordered, rude employees and the most recent time I went in wanting a milkshake. The lady gave me straight melted liquid milkshake and said it comes like that and offered to just scoop ice cream into it. Don't go here, just saving you all who expect good food for your money spent.

Food is alright, my food is consistently sloppily thrown together always missing ingredients and no sauces. Always a sewer smell the few times I’ve went in.

Worst customer service! Whoever was working drive thru on 7/30 around noon made get back in line to scan a open .
Food was good as always, but upon entering the establishment, there was a smell of sewage. It's not appeasing when you're coming to eat. Also tables were dirty and they were not busy.

Around 6pm I came to get some food with my daughter and the two ladies were extremely nice and gave my daughter a crown. Great customer service goes a long way. Highly recommend this BK and give those two a raise!

Ordered a burger on Thursday night. The employees got it ready fast. The burger looked great, like in the pictures they advertise. Great packaging, nothing was falling out. I will go back to this location.

Can not use discounts from the app unless you order on line. Staff is rude and just walk away when I asked for help. The manager tried to help, but without assistance from staff, she couldn’t help either

everything took way too long to come out and also when my friend went up to ask when his food would come out, the manager said he already got the food when clearly he didn’t. Over all horrible experience and ice cream was melted :(

I had an uber eats order just now for a customer named Duane. At 10:10 I got here and was told the store is closed in the drive thru. I told the worker, but I have an order someone placed already for Duane. And the lady said nope no order for Duane. When yes there is an order. On the website it says this store closes at 11. Something needs to be fixed. Now I have to get penalized with uber eats for cancelling because the restaurant is closing early.
