Clean inside. Employees were friendly and service was fast. I like the soda machines with many choices. Food is a value for the price. My meal was barely warm though, although the bun was fresh and they were very generous with the fries and the tomato and onions on my burger.

Management lack skills and poise, yelling at a customer in front of other customers. Not sure why Management would lock doors while customers are inside? She yells at customer, that she is calling police because of him being violent... I saw NO violent action what so ever, he just sat down with his 2 little girls as she goes off yelling at him to leave... He said "NO", finish their meal and left peacefully.. Service was sooo slow, it took 9 min to get my burger and fries.. I received an apology from the young kid at counter for the time.. Telling me that they are just slammed... Hmmm only 4 of us inside? Is that the reason for locking the doors? Is that a FIRE hazard locking customers inside? I'm going with VERY poor Management training.. Who ever trained the young girl "DID NOT" do a good job.. Locking customers inside to keep the flow down from coming in is "Hazardous / Illegal" while business is OPEN! The owner needs to be made aware of this... If you are slammed and can NOT get food out in a timely manner, DON'T lock your customers inside and lock others OUT! As customers come in, make them aware of the time delay, let them make the choice of waiting or going somewhere else. Nothing like asking to get the door unlocked so I can leave. Oh yeah, btw we are in a pandemic and not once did I see anyone clean any table with the people WHO WERE LOCKED INSIDE...!

I placed a breakfast order on the burger king app to pick up at this location. I arrived, tried to go inside and the doors were locked, in the drive-thru a plastic bread tray or a sign was near its entrance blocking it even though in the app said the location was open and the order went through the system.

We went later at night and waited in line for around 30 minutes. Originally we wanted to give the benefit of doubt because it seemed like they were busy. When we got to the window the cashier was high out of his mind that our whole order was wrong. We then had to wait at the window for our food just to get it and not one thing be right. We didn’t want to go back due to how busy it was but when I checked my credit statement they ended up charging us more than what it was suppose to be. Avoid this location at all costs!

I just got Uber eats from this location about an hour ago. I got the "family meal deal". When I opened up my whooper there was long black hair in the sandwich wrapper. I opened up the sandwich and there was actually another separate strand of hair on the sandwich itself. I called the location and asked if there was anyone with long black hair working in the kitchen. They reluctantly said yes, apologized, and said they could only remake my meal. Uber eats will also not refund me. I've never experienced hair in my meal in my life and I am 31. Check your food if you eat here. The last thing you want to do is get food for your family and have someone eating hair, or worse. I was not refunded.

This place is never open when they say they're gonna be open. I tried to go a few times during the middle of the day working for Uber eats and it seems like they lock their doors whenever they feel like not working. Understandable if they're truly understaffed, but it seems from previous reviews, it's an ongoing issue. Corporate, the owner, or SOMEONE needs to fix it, or better yet just close down tbh. I've also placed an online order before for pickup once for breakfast and they totally JIPPED me and my money by not being open during their normal business hours, while I SEEN workers inside...thieves!

Been here once or twice before, everything was fine. Today we drove up and there's a sign at the drive-thru that says they're closed due to being understaffed. BK I hope you're offering your employees a liveable wage so they don't have to do this.

Order a salad....Flame grilled anything in Phoenix when it’s over 115F is just cruel. After working 12 hours without any breaks, the drive through person asks me to drive around. It’s 115F. I stopped my car, went inside to find zero customers, 4 employees, and a positive but tired attitude of the person from the window. “I would have brought it out to you.”- too late man.
