It is October 17th and THIS STORE is shut down! The BK identification is gone from the building. It is a shame because their service was good . . . .until the last time when they printed my credit cardorder as cash with change (and the cashier evidently pocketed the "change"). I notified BK headquarters. My nearest BK at 32nd St./Cactus always gets theorder wrong for many years, so I drove twice thedistance. Now it will be 5 times the distance. Ormaybe I'll just switch to Carl's Junior instead whenI am in the mood for a charbroiled fast food burger.Forty years ago, Suns coach Cotton Fitzsimmons usedto order from the pickup window at 32nd St./Cactus, when the employees were well trained. Their Manager was promoted to Regional Manager and it went downhill. It is also disappointing that the Arby's near the ParadiseValley Mall also shut down. It breaks my heart that theParadise Valley area of NE Phoenix has gone downhill.

No waiting in the drive thru. 10 minutes to obtain a big whopper impossible burger meal.

Fantastic food, kind staff members, regularly awesome ambience. They charge fair prices and the food quality is fantastic. I recommend this place.

Yes. The only place where good masking is in place. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Got my food at a reasonable time. But the fries were cold and bland, the chicken on my chicken sandwich was old as were the whopper patties, and the impossible whopper made my girlfriend puke. The nuggets were good though.

The staff was attentive and very friendly. The place spotless on the day I was there for a late lunch with a friend.

Apparently in a rush to close the dining room. I had a Whopper and a cheddar bacon King, which were reasonably fresh; the onion rings, bland and old.
Finally broke down and tried the Impossible Burger and I must say it was amazing! As a lifelong meatatarian I was more than pleasantly surprised by the texture and TASTE. Delicious! The store itself is in need of a makeover. Staff is pleasant, but store is tired.
