If you're going to charge for cheese on your whoppers you should have it on there. 9 out of ten times I order there's no cheese but you guys NEVER fail to charge me for it.

Worst Burger King, i went there around 8pm and threre was no one in there (couldn't even see any employees) waited about 5 min before employees finally came out of the office, I ordered chicken nuggets, a cheese burger and fries. I couldn't eat the chicken nuggets they were cold and way too hard, they gave me about twice as many as I ordered though. Cheeseburger was also hard, it was hot though (at least part of it was) you could tell it had been microwaved. The fries were also cold and they had no flavor at all and I usually like Burger a king's fries. So I spent about $4 on a small drink, nothing else was good enough to eat.

Commercials promise a safe contactless delivery. Went there today 7/12 and no employees wearing masks. Not passing out food on a tray for you to take, just handing bags out the, window. Very scary COVID environment. Car in front of me driver not wearing a mask. Employees should be concerned for their own safety. I was masked.

Used to always get good hot food, not lately. Bell road and 40th street in phx just cant seem to get food out hot....

they can never ever get the orders right! i work near by and every single time they mess up! i order one thing and get another and i ask for ranch and i get bbq like this is the worst bk ive ever been to in my life! if the employees would pay more attention this would not happen but they prefer to talk at the same time!

Have been to this restaurant many times and have had multiple issues. Orders wrong more than once. Items missing in bag when going through drive through. Some items completely out of stock on some days (This including the Whopper of all things). When bringing up these issues they have never been bad about fixing it quickly. One of the managers Will is super friendly and understanding.

False advertising! Stopped there before heading back to TUC. Ordered the Impossible meal, which was listed on their sign at $7.49, they charged me $8.49 for it, saying the price went up and they didn't change the sign and refused to honor the advertised price . My receipt said custom impossible meal. The only customization was no mustard, nothing else added.

My husband and I were in town for a meeting with his boss. We decided to go through the drive thru to grab a bite to eat. I asked for heavy mayo & onions on my whopper. Got neither one. Also asked for onion rings instead of fries. Ended up with fries anyways. Not very happy. Fries were fresh though.

I just ordered an impossible burger and got real meat...not cool. Just say you are out. Then I tried to call and you picked up the phone and left me there without talking...and then left it off the hook so I couldn’t call back. Very uncool. Disappointed.

My Boss suggested we stop by and order an impossible burger, honestly I don't eat Burger King can't recall the last time I had anything from here. I'm not going to get into the entire Jist of why you should order one , I'll only list the important things. I ordered mine with cheese, it comes with mayo, pickles, tomato. This meatless burger is 630 calories 25 grams of protein and my boss paid so forgive me for not knowing the price! Don't sleep on BK

No wonder this location barely even has stars, the drive thru staff right (at approximately 11:20a)now was super rude because I didn't provide him with my online code when I was ordering. This is the first time I even have to tell them when I'm ordering, I usually tell them when I'm at the window about to the pay. He got my money and threw it to the register. Like I'm sorry but if you don't like your job quit and look for something else that you don't have to deal with customer service.
