I've been going here for years. You can tell who are the good employees and not, I usually chat with them, some go through the motions other seem to genuinely care about the customers. I think he's an assistant. Aron or Erin(I forget sorry) he is actually one of my favorites, he noticbly want to serve fresh food to customers and he is always all over the place. Yet he still has time to have conversations about our children. And he always makes my Little ones smile when I bring them. He is a great face for burger king. Need more like him. Elizabeth was great but she's not there anymore.

Was just informed by manager that they do not give receipts unless you ask for it because they do not want the surveys done.

I come here almost every morning and my only problem is the cashiers.. Why are cashiers not required to wear gloves even though they are the ones touching our fries. Pretty disgusting.

I came through the drive through and many employees were yelling very rude things to a different employee. I don’t know exactly what was going on but it wasn’t cool. 8/14/21

I always get the tail gate bundle meal. How to get that meal is download burger king app. It's that easy. There's more meal in the app.

I eat breakfast every day at 'Burger King.' I like their biscuits & croissants, I love their coffee, if gotten before 9:00 AM. My local BK is great, unfortunately they train people out here, then they transfer out to other sites.

Understaffed when I was there. They did not honor my app coupon code on 3/31. They said it was not in their system. Told me I could go to another burger king. They said this happens often. Poor reflection on the brand. I decided to go to McDonald’s instead. Maybe an issue with Dove Valley or perhaps a systemic issue but I don’t want to take another chance. They lost my business.
