I recently visited your location to pick up an Uber Eats order. Upon entering, it took several minutes before anyone assisted me. When I was finally helped, a tall gentleman with black hair and glasses at the front counter addressed me with a noticeably rude and unprofessional tone. Additionally, I observed that a young employee who had prepared the order was spoken to in an equally disrespectful manner, as she was abruptly told to “bag” the order in a demeaning tone. It was clear that she was both upset and confused by the way she was being addressed. This type of behavior creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and employees, and it does not reflect well on the professionalism of the establishment.

Absolutely horrible. Shame on you. I ordered a whopper junior with cheese. Had to wait at the window, which makes you think your burger is fresh. Hell no. The bun was STALE, burger was cold and the cheese not even melted. Why the hell did it take so long. I was hungry, not many choices up here. NEVER AGAIN, EVER

We ordered two double whoppers one no onion or tomato’s , the other was no tomato. We received one single whopper with onion and tomato. The other was a double, but had tomato’s .both whoppers were plain burgers on buns with toppings. Fry’s were half full. But the chocolate pie was delicious. Very disappointing, we love your burgers. Other than waiting in the drive thru for 16 mins.

You're better off eating at restaurants the wait is ridiculous it was just me a dude in the drive through and some other guy that was waiting with me and none of us got our food and we were in there for 35 minutes. It's pathetic that the BK down the road that doesn't exist anymore, where they had roaches actually gave me better service.

I eat a lot of impossible Whoppers and at a lot of different Burger Kings and this happened to be the very worst I've ever had I would say in 3 years! I live by here I've been wanting to try it I was so disappointed the vegetable Patty was completely burnt on both sides there was a horrible taste. So I definitely will not be coming back to this Burger King! Seeing how there's not another one up here in this area I'll be passing on Burger King from here on out while I'm home. Though I will continue to go to the Burger King's that I was completely satisfied with.
Fully appreciate the service and quality of the food at Burger King. We love their burgers, they always have a good standard, and today was our second lesson since we wanted to eat at another restaurant, but it was a disappointment, and we had to throw away what we had bought and go to our favorite store. Thank you for existing. Thank you to all the people who do a very efficient job and give us quality in service and food.

Easily the worst fast food brick and mortar in existence. I'm not talking about just Burger Kings, but in the existence of fast food. Breakfast has browns are literally balls of dripping oil with a little bit of hash brown thrown in.
I have ordered lunch through the drive through over 20x and never been through the drive through in less than 20 min.
Food is subpar to other Burger King franchises.
It takes A LOT for me to post 1* reviews as I give multiple, multiple chances before I leave that kind of review to a business, but this place is quite literally the WORST I have ever been to.
