Been to this location several times, they never gety order right. The Drive up CSR's are not very friendly. I tried an in store order and the staff wasn't any better. Dining room atmosphere was not welcoming. I placed my order to go.

If you could give a negative rating this sure would be the right moment for it. Ordered through the mobile app, paid via app, confirmed at drive thru speaker. Employee confirmed name on order, told us to pull up to window. Sat in line for well over 10 minutes to pull up the window and get told they don't have the order. But you just confirmed?? Child at the window was beyond rude and offered zero assistance on how to get food/refund. Left with out paid order and attempting refund through the app. Beyond useless!

By far the slowest and least organized fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited. I give a lot of grace for people in customer service retail and fast food, but after several visits resulting in the same negative result, it’s clear the issues are systemic. The food has always been OK, but the horrible speed and service is inexcusable. For example, my most recent (and final) visit: I ordered a milkshake in the app and arrived 10 mins later. There were 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled into the drive thru and it took 30 minutes to receive my shake. Absolutely insane.
