The kitchen looks so gross and almost every table is dirty. I really really would go there. A shame that the authorities are not ending this mess.

Every table was filthy, restaurant was mostly empty at peak lunch hour. Gentleman walking out as we were walking in had a look of sincere sadness, defeat and regret upon his face. The men's room was disgusting and lacking even the smallest attempt at cleanliness. Have it your way somewhere else.

Every time I go through this Burger King I am waiting for my order for over 20 minutes. In addition to that I either am missing food or the food is old and inedible. After calling to speak to an employee I had to call 4 different times and was met with the worst customer service I have had since moving to Arizona. I suggest finding another restaurant to go through if you are wanting a quick burger.

Being there’s not a ton of food options in this area I’ve been “forced” to come here a few times, they were all months or years apart and all times it was horrendous. This last time all I got was a root beer and onion rings. Root beer was completely lacking syrup and was 1 shade away from clear. Onion rings were cold, hard and had no discernible trace of onion? I cut a few in half and I swear it was just batter in the shape of an O fried in months old oil. There’s always only 1 sad person working so I don’t even bother to go back to correct it because I feel bad for them. This place is like a deer that was hit by a car and is laying on the side of the road in pain and waiting for the end. Please, end it

Ordered a pickup during lunch. There is two people working the manager and then a guy in the back making the food. The guy making the food is the champion. The manager is in the front getting mad at customers for simply wanting prompt service. He threw my bag of food at me; and then threw the ranch I asked for with my food at me too. Makes sense this is the worst Burger King. Manager should be fired, lots of times I’ve came in and he’s just angry because he can’t hire or schedule.

I dont typically write bad reviews but this is the dirtiest place I have been. Windows, floor, lobby, soda area, alll if it was just bad. The men's bathroom was the worst. So incredibly filthy, I didn't even want to wash my hands because i I didn't want to touch anything.No one sitting in the lobby and enough employees to clean....anything. I hope it turns around there.
