Worst ever!This location has never been great. Always poorly staffed. Dining room service is nonexistent. Drive-thru is always a challenge, at best. Today I couldn't even get a hamburger order correct. A #5 burger only. (No one could understand "burger only") I left after several attempts. With nothing, frustrated and hungry. The franchise should just close this location.

Just got food from this place and yes I'm disappointed with the food and overall everything. Like guy sounded like he didn't want to be there it's not my problem this is the Job you chose but next time give better customer service and ask if they need anything else and don't have to be a D about it. Hitting my bank up once posted. Another thing just realized give me the wrong bag and all in all bad service all the way around . Getting my money back

I stopped in the get breakfast, and it was closed at 6:15am. I drove up the window, a lady opened up the window and says she dont have no help. So, yea, not good for business if folks don't want to show up.

I couldn’t even go inside. Had my handicapped father with me. Walk all the way around the building to the entrance only for the doors to be locked. No sign no nothing. Will never eat at Burger King again.

Such a friendly staff here at this location!! I live in the area and they are always friendly and helpful. My order is always correct and they always have my favorite red icee treat available as the other locations I have been to do not. The times I have been here and they have been randomly closed were disappointing, but I am sure it has to do with staffing issues. Other than that, it is typically satisfactory.

Drive thru during lunch time takes waaaaay too long !! I get stuck in between the drive thru that’s not moving at all and running late to go back to work from my lunch time without alternative exit. THIS RESTAURANT SHPULD HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES FOR LUNCH HOURS AND MOVE FASTER! OR LEAVE RESTAURANT DOORS OPEN TO ORDER INSIDE AT LEAST!!! ?

This location seems to be severely short-staffed. Ordered on the mobile app and waited about 5 minutes at an empty drive thru. Once they noticed I was there, my order took about 20 minutes. The mozzarella sticks were cold, overcooked, and inedible. They went straight to the trash after one bite. The rest of the order was okay, but definitely not worth waiting 20 minutes for.

This location is a joke. It is currently 7 p.m. on a FRIDAY NIGHT and they're closed. They keep doing this "only drive-thru" option quite often IF they are even open. Obviously a bad spot for a BK and they can't afford to be open. They need to just close it because this is stupid!
