Placed order online. Went thru drive-thru & was told to pull out front. Waited over a half hour and no one brought the order out (8 sandwiches). Went in to retrieve it and asked for the order & was told 1 fish had to be finished & they wanted the order fresh. The order wasn't fresh--it was sitting in bags on a shelf, not even in the warmer, waiting on the fish. The food should h ave at least been in the warmer. No telling if anything was fresh except 1 fish.
I’m sorry people have had bad experiences here, but I live very close and eat here about once every 7-10 day and every. Time. I come. Here. It’s honestly. Wonderful. Doesn’t matter what shift, the staff is always super friendly and great at their jobs and I’m impressed because F working food and customer service during this pandemic. Bless them. I wish I knew everyone’s names who have served us, but today it was Omar.

What a disgrace to the company when such an Assistant Manager would lack such professionalism. Wkhen ur supposed to be a leader for the rest of ur crew. 2 of which he recently identified just started training. yeah, train them well!!!
