I would say I saw manager on duty wearing earbuds in and she was touching food without washing her hands, and I felt gross about that I talked to some manager with bangs and ponytail that had good customer service overall and the other lady was kinda rude to her for no reason and also my food was bit weird and had mess it up….

On January 13, 2026, at 6:30 PM, I decided to order takeout. I’m not a big fan of hamburgers, but that day, I made an exception and ordered a Whopper without mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard. I found a blonde hair in my burger. They were rude to begin with and I let it slide saying to myself I’m not gonna let it ruin my mood but then to get home and to take a bite of the burger and find a long blonde hair in my burger. I tried calling the store and the line rings busy. I’m furious and will never return to spend $30 just to find a hair in my food I think not

The service was very good, and the establishment is clean, except that people from the street come in with dogs and sniff the customers' food. That's unhygienic, I'm sorry. I'm giving this establishment one star.

During the lunch rush. Manager was helpful and kind. Yanti (if I spelt that right) was quick and fast to help.
It was clean and quiet. Was not very busy considering. Was therr around lunch time. Food was hot and ready in a good time frame. Cashiers were friendly and they paid attention to details. Got my order right and I have no complaints.

I entered the drive through at 11:46am and left the drive through at 11:50am. I asked for hot and fresh food. My food came popping hot and fresh without any rude attention from staff. Only cold food seems to served here waste of money for cold not fresh or semi fresh food, ordered royal chicken and waited for it only for it to be cold

I go here probably more often then I should lol. I really like this burger king, food has always come out fast and hot and tasting great. I've honestly never had an issue with this location. Which is rare when talking about ANY fast food restaurant. Not to mention it's in a super convenient location for me!!
