I chose to spend my free day and hard-earned money at this location, only to receive old, cold food. This is completely unacceptable. I understand this is fast food, and I don’t expect five-star quality, but paying customers still deserve fresh, properly prepared meals—especially in a time when prices are rising.
Receiving food in this condition is ridiculous, and I will be contacting your corporate office because I know there are specific time limits for how long food can be kept under a warmer. This level of carelessness is both disrespectful and lazy. Employees who think they can pass off stale, cold food as acceptable clearly have no pride in their work and no respect for the company or its customers.
The entire shift needs to be reevaluated to determine if they even want to work here. If customers continue to be served food like this and treated this way, you won’t have a business for long. I expect better.

It's Burger King. I used to work for them many years ago but you would think that all the Burger Kings I've been to in the last 40yrs at least one of them would get my order right. No onions hardest thing to get and if they do leave them off they pile on ketchup . I like flame broiled so what ya gonna do

Likely the worst burger king ever. All automated. They nearly refuse to acknowledge your existence. Refused to give napkins. Said they were out of ketchup containers. Look at the onion rings. There are no onions in them. Literally breading only. The cheese bites are disgusting. The "melt" burgers are so small it's comical. Never come here. Get decent food with decent service elsewhere.
Oh yeah and you order on the machine and they still get your order wrong. Kids burgers were all messed up. Soft serve cup was only halfway filled. Cookie was hard as a rock.

Don't know what's going on with this location, but when I stopped by for breakfast I was told to "reverse behind the yellow pole" in the drivethru because my order wasn't ready, which obviously makes no sense.

I placed the order on the app to pick up inside the store, they are waiting to deliver the drive-thru orders 🚗 first and lastly the inside ones!! My food was cold and incomplete, they didn't give me my onion rings 😢 😭 I had to go back and ask for them!!
