They rush you out of the drive thru with old food, and ask if I could get my burger cut n half. Not at all poor customer service Paid extra to add jalapeños and still didn't They gave me whatever they already had done. Unfortunately i didn't check my food while I was there. Not a hamburger person , never have been here before but the girl with blond hair and beautiful smile with braces is amazing . She had the most amazing attitude I don’t know what she offered me but I said yes to everything she offer me . I don’t know what was more satisfying the food or her .

I came this morning 11/20 to grab some breakfast. I got the 5 piece French toast with syrup and vanilla coffee. The mean itself shouldn’t have been more than $9. When I pulled to the first window the employee told me the cost and then asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no thank you because I was confident that I was charged that much. When I checked my bank account I was charged $15. I was shocked.. my meal did not cost that much and I’m so annoyed. I should’ve asked for a receipt. I’m so disappointed and will not come here again since now I don’t have evidence that my meal was not $15.

The female taking orders i believe her name is Diana with blond hair and braces very rude on taking my order!!! She didn't even repeat my order she charged me for something I didn’t even order! she wasn’t paying attention since she was to busy on her cellphone.do better please
It seems that focus is primarily on Drive thru service, walk ins get very little notice or attention, especially if they haven't already used the Kiosk! It sometimes feels like they are annoyed they have to take your order!!

Lady with the horse face and unmatching foundation was mad because I wanted to add an item to my order. Continued to complain that she doesn't take orders, then proceeded to complain about me in Spanish. I'm sorry it's not obvious I'm mexican, but she should understand we come in different colors, as dark as her to someone fair skinned. I hope she has a better day, especially if you have her up front interacting with customers. Also staff unable to count, was given 2 cookies instead of 3
