Customer service was good as we had an attentive cashier. She asked questions and made sure we got everything we needed. Food - sorry, but it was trash. I know, I know it's Burger King, what do you expect..Well- I expect my food to be Simi hot and not flimsy. Nuggets were not cooked all the way through, and fries had been sitting there since that morning. (I went at 1am) it was late, but I expected a lot better from the home of the Whopper ? smh ??.

Gave my good to the wrong person. Then acted like they didn’t know where the order was. It’s not even busy. All of these workers need to be trained again. Including the manager. How are you not aware of what’s going on and who you’re giving the orders too.

Horrible service in drive through, all the girl said, is that it , is that it when I was explaining not to put tomatoes or pickles on my sandwich. Then I drove up and o ask the girl at the window if she was being rude and rushing me, she looked and me ugly and said , I didn’t take your order and as I was talking she started taking an order so I left her with the food and left. I will give them my business. No im at McDonald’s

Food is fine I mean it's Burger King. I actually am one that prefers the machines to take my order. It's fast and simple. And they have them at both the front counter and a little bit in front of the front counter so really unless you push no one at the front counter actually takes your order you use the kiosk machines. The only thing I didn't quite like is if there's a sign for a 30 minute time limit to eat. When I go there I'm usually trying to relax and I've got my daughter or a friend with me and we don't want to feel that we have to rush through our meal. We did say past 30 minutes and no one said anything to us but they were relatively empty people were not really utilizing the dining room
