Another garbage #Tmobile promotion. I get a notification of a free #ImpossibleWhopper. I decide to redeem the promotion. I click on the the redeem button. It proceeds to launch the #BurgerKing app. The promo says I have to pay for at least an item of $1 so I proceed to select one. The BK app prompts me to select a location and how would I like to to dine...pick up, delivery or drive through. There were several BKs near me but the BK app would only allow you to select specific ones so I figured out which one was closest that I could order from. As we're traveling to our chosen BK, I go to the checkout so our order would be ready when we get there. The BK app says "oops, looks like something went wrong." We figure they'll be able to help when we get to the BK. NOPE. The staff at BK proceeds to advise that they need a code from the BK app. I explained to them I've tried to process the transaction several times and it won't let me. I asked for help and they said there was nothing they could do. Then a manager came over and said that their location does not process mobile orders. I showed him my phone and walked him through the whole ordeal and saw the issue but said that without the code there was nothing he could do. Again I asked for help and he stood firm on his response. #Tmobile & #BurgerKing #Fail

DO NOT COME HERE! FIND ANOTHER ONE. DIDNT GIVE EXTRA SAUCE WHEN PAID FOR. VERY RUDE TI CUSTOMERS. FIND ANY OTHER BK WHERE EVER ELSE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This place is filthy. It doesn’t look like it ever gets cleaned. Old equipment stored right out near the dining room. Walls are gross, floors are disgusting. I won’t come back here.

I came in with a coupon for breakfast. I hate trying to use coupons at the drive thru, just find it easier to go in to use them. No waiting for placing my order, and employees are friendly and cheerful. While waiting for my order I used the restroom, which wasn't dirty, but it definitely wasn't clean. As I cut through the restaurant I did notice multiple tables had what appeared to be homeless. I realize they need food and a place to eat, but they just aren't clean, which brings down the atmosphere of the seating area. The food (breakfast croissants) was just as I expected, nothing special, but they were what I wanted. Hash browns were tasty to me, too.

Just left now from the drive way.I pulled to order food after a long day of work and cashier told me that her credit/debit card machine is broken and I could place only cash orders? What? She apologizes but if you dont take credit/debit cards because machine is broken why do you even keep the bussines up running. Had to drive somewhere else but not taking a second chance to go there again because their credit/debit machine might be broken.?!!!
