30 mins and still waiting in the drive thru. Seems a bit excessive for “fast food” Also plan on spending $15 a person for this nonsense

We were in today and the most sweetest young lady named Jonnie helped us. She was helpful pleasant and very nice🦾any store would be lucky to have her helping customers. We are older but we were treated like royalty. We hope any one who
Is lucky to have Jonnie take care of you🥰

Popped in for a quick morning bite. Despite claiming to open at 6am this aspect is clearly ignored by the staff who apparently they themselves decide when and if to open irregardless of posted hours.
I encountered a clean facility with pleasant staff. Warmly greeted upon entry by staff who clearly aren't overly enthusiastic morning people.
Despite the endless negative reviews over the delays, my meal was presented with minimal lag time from ordering to presentation.
The food was hot and fresh and free of any noticable defects.
I felt the minimal upcharge for soda from coffee was beyond dumb.
UNIMPRESSIVE AND UNDER PERFORMING.

Used the moblie app. Got to the store told no burgers just chicken! The broiler was broken! Wanted my money back. That's a whole different story. You think they could update the app if a store was having issues.
Whatever happened to asking your customers if they want ketchup. Or simply just providing it knowing they ordered fries

Wish I could rate all of them, but here it goes. The 2 for 5$ junior whopper deal is bogus. Those aren't burgers, they are sliders. There is no deal to see here. Don't buy the 5$ mozzarella sticks either. They are small and skinny like a kid's pinky finger.

Literally waited in line for almost 25 mins for 2 whopper jrs, 2 small fries , and a 10 piece spicy nuggets. They said it was a long wait because they’re out of everything because they run out of stuff the day before truck which I understand I work at Starbucks it happens, but I asked for the nuggets fresh and was disappointed when I got home because they were fresh but tasted burnt..
And how don’t they offer toys for kids meals? Never heard of such thing. And she offered to replace it with a crown… that’s already free. I had given it a chance again and it disappoints every damn time…
I LOVE THE BURGERS HERE. AND THE CHICKEN SANWHICH.

Closed due to staffing, quite literally as we arrived; they were putting signs on the door and locking up as we approached. The owners apparently need to hire more staff and pay better than they have.
Staff is rude
