Why is this location even open? Clearly don’t have enough staff. Waiting 10+ minutes for crap fast food shouldn’t be an option.

Well, I am not sure where to begin about this location, I placed an online order and checked in with the front counter. There were several employees on duty so I was surprised when I saw that there was at least seven people waiting for their orders. Obviously not a great sign, after waiting for the food it arrived twenty minutes after checking in with the front. It was also surprising that I was not given my drink so at the very least I could have been enjoying a cold beverage. The food was on par with the service, I honestly regretted not just walking out and getting a refund via the app. Despite this being within walking distance, I do not expect to return to this location any time soon and would advise against anyone in doing so.

25 minutes waiting for a whopper is crazy. Also please check your soda machine syrup, unless you like your customers drinking straight up carbonated water.

We usually get really good service but today not so much. We were left standing at the counter for 10 minutes before she served us. Then kept interrupting us. Decided she should take the headset off finally while taking our order. Kyrinque you really need better customer service.

Walked in. Guy was at register he walked away to the drive thru area. There are 3 other ppl working no cars in drive thru. 3 ppl waiting for their food. All the sandwiches were made. However the guy at the register was in the drive thru corner on his phone. Pretty sad excuse of ppl
