Side door locked, menus not up, staff looks like they just woke up out of bed, food was not fresh, in fact, hamburger bun was hard, fries were ancient and just reheated, no ice in soda fountain machine, after purchasing the churro fries... 2 minutes later, told they were out. Also, flavors out for the Dr. Pepper selection on both sides of fountain machine. Oh! As I'm writing this review - I hear the front lady tell the customer that their burgers are down... no red meat and that they can only cook the chickens!! 🐔 I am not making this up... hilarious. You need a new staff and management for sure. Yikes. First time here and never coming back.

Nice employees, but the food at this particular location is absolute trash, I gave them 3 chances and all three times the food was HARD, cold , and the dining area/lobby is filled with flies I spent more time swatting flies then anything. Send an inspector, I wont be returning. Ima go to the Burger King on Bell

Only (2) cars in the drive thru and (3) cars in parking lot... TOOK ME ALMOST 15 MINUTES TO GET A CHICKEN SANDWICH!! Asked for a refund of course, no apologies given, complete and total incompetence, only told by manager Tim that we have new people working, never a "im sorry" or anything. At 3pm in the afternoon you cannot complete a chicken sandwich order within 15 minutes at a Burger King???? Wow, save your time and money folks, Burger King clearly does not care for you (the customer) at all, i mean zero care given at this location period. You lost a lifetime customer Burger King...

I ordered on doordash, doordash doesn't give the option at this location for plain, you just unchecked the options no big deal. One of the workers however is very upset about this and in big letters wrote there nun on it just say plain! Which is funny but also just make the burger bro lol we all have bad days 🤣 I would if I could plus you got the other one that wasn't plain wrong and wrote aggressively onto the burger PLAIN!

Usually pretty good. Every now and again the food won't be fresh or if I ask for something to not have bacon it ends up with bacon. But other than that pretty good.

We waited 25 mins to get our food. One whopper meal and two nugget meals. The meat on the whopper was cold and so were the fries. We went Sunday 6:30pm and was not busy. Maybe it’s new staff that needs training? One guy asked for a refund because got tired of waiting and other customer asking how much longer for his food.

They tried to charge me for two extra combos. No hair nets, didn’t wear gloves, gave the wrong size cups, food was cold, messed up the order. There was a crazy lady in the kitchen yelling, "You need to say thank you!" The bathroom smelled worse than a Porta Potty in the middle of summer that hasn't been cleaned for two months. There was white powder (probably cocaine) in the bathroom, the sink was falling off the wall, and the tables were gross.
Great food and service. Unfortunately, the dining room is always dirty.

This place is right around the corner from my house so its a normal go to for my wife and I if we're not in the mood to cook. That being said I've had some bad luck lately and some comments to the owners. The last 4 times I've gone I've asked for sauce and they failed to put them in my bag. That being said the food itself for the most part has been relatively good. One item I won't order again is the spicy chicken sandwich. It was all sorts of odd. The chicken was super tough outside and cold inside. Im not going to give them a low rating becuase they are always friendly Nd for the most part the food is good.
