I showed up to get food did not need to look it up since i have been here before and they have signs posted of their hours of operation, however, when I arrive, they're closed. There is a lack of notification when it comes to up to date information. On their doors it shows that they are supposed to be open however google says they are closed which one is right

USED to love this place until they started harassing their customers while they wait for their food. Like DUDE just put the fry's in the bag little bro .... LITERALLY !!!!!!

I customize my order every time I go to Burger King. Usually I feel it's a problem from the attitude I hear in their voice. Today I visited this location and was put to ease instant with an inviting voice. She took my order openly with a great attitude. Even confirming the order I felt she was happy to do it. Once I got to the window, I had to ask her name. Maria was amazing and I thank her for the hard work she does, it's not easy staying positive nowadays. She should be BK's standard! Well done Maria and I thank you again.

I went to this Burger King today (Drive Thru) I planned on placing a large order for 6 people. I sat there for over 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged my presence. I gave them my order and waited on a response… nothing… a few minutes later somebody asked me for my order again.. I asked if they got it already. She called off an order that wasn’t mine. I asked if she wanted me to place the order again. I got no response. I backed up and left. I went to Sonic and gave them over $100.00 in business. Burger King sucks! I won’t be back.

Customer service is non-existant.
I ordered just a whopper on the app. I still have a 15 min drive to get there. I wait at the pick up area and get ignored. I move to the register to let them know I have an order. They guy turns around to grab my receipt, out of 3, to put the order in. Mean while drive thru is busting their orders out with his help. Now the guy that just ordered behind me gets his order first. The managers need to step it up. There was no lines inside. It should have been a quick stop in.

I have stopped here a handful of times but to the same outcome each time. The staff just simply does not care, from the customer service to the state of the dining area, it seems they have given up.

The last time I was there I honestly thought I was inconveniencing them by placing an order.

They always mess up my order. Always! Don't tell your cooks, pickle 🥒 only. Because they literally will only put pickles. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger no mustard/ketchup. The staff is very polite. Atmosphere inside when I have to get out of my car is empty of patrons.
