I went to this burger king last night and I got to give a shout out to the drive thru cashier Crystal, she was very friendly, very speedy, and made sure I had everything I needed, one of the best customer service I've had in a long time

Whoever was morning crew today did an amazing job. Food was prepped and cooked well. Tots were soft yet crispy and not overly oily. Breakfast burrito was preppared well as well, fast drive through. Honestly, the best out of all the prior times, I've gone to Burger King.

The fries were hot and crispy. The staff was friendly and efficient. My order was taken promptly, and the food was served quickly. The dining area and restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a comfortable seating area and a relaxed vibe. Overall, I had a great experience at this Burger King. I would definitely recommend it to others. I had been here once before a year ago and it was bad but they must have new management because I went for dinner and it was clean, staff was really nice and food came out fast and HOT! Night and day change. Would definitely come back! If there is new management kudos to them for cleaning up this location!
horrible service here, so called “manager” is so rude and unprofessional. took over 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order taken and when i kindly asked how much longer its been 20 minutes if not more, “manager” says “if you don’t like it go somewhere else” manager runs her mouth in the drive thru speaker and when you get off to confront her stays REAL quiet acting clueless. you need better customer service working in customer service, If you don’t like your job, DONT WORK. Little immature girls working in fast food ??

I went there today may 29 2024 and order chicken fries and french fries and they tried to give me chicken nuggets then when I told them I order chicken fries not nuggets when I got home I found out they gave me the spicy chicken fries not the regular chicken fries I order I should of known that when the woman to the other lady in Spanish to give me chicken fries thinking I am dumb white chick that why I giving u one star I guess they didn't like I use a coupon
