Sierra is the most sweetest and patient Worker ever She didn’t make me feel rushed. I asked her if she’s always at this location because I’ve never seen her and she told me no she’s just working here for the day. She should be working here all the time. Great customer service.

This is the second time my husband and me get burgers from here and they have jalapeños that we didn’t ask for along with mustard it’s like they do it on purpose so you don’t go back. We pay a good amount of money for the food and that’s why we order it and you confirm back but yet again there are extras we didn’t ask for. I’m enjoying my burger then half way through I take a bite and there they are the jalapeños all bunched in the middle mixed with the pickles and a splash of mustard. You guys are lucky I am pregnant and it’s hot otherwise id be in the store complaining. If you don’t like your job get another and quit disappointing customers who just want a bite to eat!

On March 12, 2025 went in placed an order and waited and waited for 2 burgers and fries. The young men behind the counter just messing around. Loud , didn't care who was around, so disrespectful. I didn't say anything in fear of them doing something to our food.

How hard is it to read the order you guys receive and put everything ordered on the bag? Every single time I order from here you guys forget something, especially the sauces, I paid extra this time for sauces and you guys never pay attention, never coming or ordering from here again and I will be telling everyone around me.
We order fresh cook burger and instead we receive cold burger and the purpose cook said, “oh shoot” she knows the burger was not fresh. The sad part is that we were eating it in the restaurant. I don’t complain about food but this time I did. Cold is not acceptable.

Whoever was morning crew today did an amazing job. Food was prepped and cooked well. Tots were soft yet crispy and not overly oily. Breakfast burrito was preppared well as well, fast drive through. Honestly, the best out of all the prior times, I've gone to Burger King.
