what a trash burger king lol if corporate experienced what i did the entire place would be shut down immediately. horrible staff they’re rude and have no sense of customer service i hope their higher ups look into the people they have working for them because it’s pitiful and they will continue to loose customers because of them.

Drive thru breakfast around 7am on Thurs. Headset girl was very polite, patient, and spoke clearly (no mumble mouth or so fast they sound like mosquito buzzing lol). I asked if double sausage croissant came with double egg too, she said no just 2 sausage patties + 2 slices of cheese. No cheese please. I asked if I could buy an extra egg, and she said sure no problem. I asked if I could get French Fries instead of Hash Browns, and again sure no problem. Order came out quickly, Exactly correct, fresh n hot, super yummy! PS Burger King does Not have sugar-free flavored-syrup option for their iced coffees 😒

Front counter staff does not acknowledge people standing at the register. It took more than 14 min to get my food which was a simple order. Waiting in the lobby and my shoes were sticking to the floor. The iced tea tasted like dirty dish water. What is wrong with “fast food” these days . I will add that the food was okay.

“We rule” what happen Burger King my food was served weird and gross how come I gotten a sandwich like whopper that was old and as well fries were cold man please do better. Also the people in kitchen that made my sandwich were slow and also girl in front who looks to me Mexican or what ever she look like she was having some problem unsure about? it’s crazy how some people can’t do simple math! my total was $13.02 i gave the girl $20.02, i noticed she looked confused when i gave her the money, but then she just gave me $2 change! when i was waiting for her to come back, she just gave me the food and gave me no chance to say anything, she just turned around and the window closed, i waited for one minute there i was not gonna make a show for $5 bucks, but its the doing that it’s wrong! i end up paying $18.02 for a small #1 ! insane!!

Vegetarian options: It isn't amazing vegetarian cuisine, but it's a solid Impossible Burger which you can customize to your heart's content.

Ive been in food service customer service since I was 18. Never once have I had service this bad. Never EVER going back to this store. They def lie to your face about rushes and timelines for orders when there wasn't a soul in front of you in line. The only good thing I could say about this place is they were willing to give me my $13 back when after 20 minutes I still didn't have my 2 duo whoppers and med fries. What a joke of a "fast" food. Fast? Nope. Food?? Never did get it.
