Food is not exceptional. Nor.mal fair, as usual, the frozen Coke machine, two other flavors, were not available. If you can't get the machine to work, REMOVE IT. An employee unlocked the door to let a homeless person use the facilities. We were there a half hour, and the person using the facilities did not come out. Makes me not want to return to this BK.

This burger king for whatever reason has difficulty being open when they say they should be. On multiple occasions I've seen employees inside but no one answers at the drive through and if you try to go inside to order, the doors are locked.

Have a head supervisor taken orders and is not listening to the customers. also the ice cream machine is busted the soda machine is busted. the supervisor is not take orders correctly and Instead of fixing the order correctly he rather have his employees argue with the customers instead of fixing the order right. I will not be returning to the store suggest everybody else to go to another location. Also the supervisor is acting like it's his 1st day on the job or there's a possibility he may be high as a kite.
