Well I would have to say is that Burger King is far more cheaper than McDonalds and I don't have to wait in line to get food for 5 to 10 minutes so when I go by McDonalds there are so many people waiting in line I just drive right by and head to Burger King far better service

How is this place still open. Management doesn’t care the owner doesn’t care I went through got just a shake and it was like a coke except strawberry. This place is a let down every time I go. I won’t go again and suggest you don’t either. Awful

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF TIMELY SERVICE!!! This location is a joke. I don't know how they are still in business. EVERY time I go there, I get the same thing. Empty. I'm the only one at the drive through. Its on a bad corner to go anywhere but north on 35th Ave, and that is usually where people go to go away from the area. I hear "Welcome to Burger King, where you rule. Can you please give me a moment?" Again. no one there. I then proceed to sit for a few minutes until they decide to help. I guess the customer doesn't rule here eh? Maybe stop saying that if you are going to then make people wait.
Today was the last straw. I waited for 5 minutes without any communication. I left. I live literally right down the street from you. I stopped going originally because of this issue. I decided to give you another chance. NO CHANGES. There are a TON of other options near by. The Jack and the Wendy's right down on 27th are REALLY quick and consistent. I go there all the time now.

Clean tables and good vibes for music choice. Horrible customer service as she didn't listen to how I wanted my chicken sandwich. If you're going to charge me over 11 bucks for a meal, at the vet least it could be made correctly... And... SMH...a hair that is not mine on my good tray....ewwww... Plus the fries were old and not fresh at all.
