Went in to use the restroom then order food. A worker was in the restroom and said the bathroom was closed and would not let me use it. From what I saw he was just finishing up cleaning it. There was no restroom closed sign just one saying wet floor. Needless to say I really had to go so I left without ordering food.How can you refuse a customer to use your facilities?Oh and in case you need it the restroom code is 6366

Waited over 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us in the drive thru. The employee would not take our order for menu items shown on their menu because, "there's no button on the register for it". While waiting at the window, the employee brought our food while chewing food and said, "here you go" and walked away. The order was missing an item, so I waited at the window for him to come back. He came back, still chewing food, but insisted I didn't order the missing item. Oh, and they did not include sauce with our chicken nuggets.

Horrible experience at this location, I was unable to order my food on my phone even though I had a coupon to get a special deal and I was told I had to pay full price and that it was corporate's problem...When I reached out to the corporate headquarters with two emails, I have not been responded to as of yet and it's been over a week, never buying anything from this company again.

830pm 11/3/2023 the lady in the drive thru window tells me to pull around to the front for my food and slams the window in face before I can ask for my receipt and condiments. Extremely rude service!

Went to the store at 7 PM staff was acting extremely strange as if they were on drugs. They gave me my food and said I’ll have a good night, SO WILL YOU and asked me if I wanted a crown twice I’m 38 years old I was so creeped out by the entire experience, I threw away my meal, I will never go back. This place needs to have better hiring standards.
