I ordered a kids meal, the #1 and new crispy onion burger and i didn't receive my full order.
I asked for the brisket bbq whopper and well a picture is worth 1000 words

I went to this location and was trying to use the restroom before ordering my food and this Mexican lady by the name of Erika denied me the right to use the restroom and rudely told me I needed to buy something not greeting me or acknowledging me I will advise to you Burger King to train your employees not just about safety but customer service and greetings it won’t kill them to be nice and kind to the ones who put their food on the table and pay their bills thank you for your business but even though I love your food I’ll will choose another venue for my business

Terrible customer service, I was served by a supposedly Rosalinda Estrada who didn't even have a badge, I asked for a combo and according to her she doesn't speak Spanish I told her someone else speaks Spanish she said no in the end she told me the size of the combo big or small and melo I said in Spanish in a mocking way For me, she is not useful as a cashier worker, they should put her where she does not serve customers.

Orderd a Double whopper and recieved a single, also asked for a 15pc order of chicken fingers and recieved a 4pc. Was charged for my double whopper, but was only charged for a 4pc chicken fingers, plus had quite a long wait, just to recieve an inaccurate order. For as long as they took there should have been no issues. McDonalds is right next door, get these orders right and in a timely manner, or your customers are just going to pull into the next drive. I was on my way to work so I couldn't go back to have my order corrected, feeling a little ripped off.
