Terrible customer service, I was served by a supposedly Rosalinda Estrada who didn't even have a badge, I asked for a combo and according to her she doesn't speak Spanish I told her someone else speaks Spanish she said no in the end she told me the size of the combo big or small and melo I said in Spanish in a mocking way For me, she is not useful as a cashier worker, they should put her where she does not serve customers.

Orderd a Double whopper and recieved a single, also asked for a 15pc order of chicken fingers and recieved a 4pc. Was charged for my double whopper, but was only charged for a 4pc chicken fingers, plus had quite a long wait, just to recieve an inaccurate order. For as long as they took there should have been no issues. McDonalds is right next door, get these orders right and in a timely manner, or your customers are just going to pull into the next drive. I was on my way to work so I couldn't go back to have my order corrected, feeling a little ripped off.

I am disappointed with their kids meals. I ordered my toddler a kids meal and apparently this location does not give out toys. Also, I didn’t get a crown and they charged me extra for an apple juice, like really?? Just go next door to Mcdonalds instead.

Picking up a door dash order at 10:40pm and the drive thru had an automated voice that said they were closed and to pls visit during normal hours. As I was calling the customer someone spoke and asked if they could take our order.
