This store is one of the worst restaurants I have seen in a long time and I am in the restaurant business. Their food is bad enough but the service is even worse. Not only does the afternoon/evening shift have no sense of what customer service is, they also can’t follow a basic pick ticket to put the correct ingredients on a sandwich.

It’s not bad it’s PATHETIC, whoever owns this restaurant these employees are a disservice to you. They are ruining your reputation and business

You have driven for 8 hours straight from California and then go to Jack in the Box on 32nd st & Washington. You encounter a worker over the loud speaker that proceeds to tell you “how to order” and says the craziest things to a customer and-, let me just stop there.
We decided to take our business elsewhere and we encountered a respecful young voice over the intercom, welcoming us to their drive thru and asked us to wait for just a moment while he assisted another customer.
We simply felt a wave of calm and gratitude that a gentleman by the name of Leon provided by simply being genuine and professional. Thank you so much for helping us end our night on a positive note.

Went in tonight and Leon and the cook were amazing. Leon was very kind and respectful and took great care of my family and I. Gave off a really great Management vibe. The cook was amazing about changing my order last minute, and Leon made sure my son left with a smile and feeling like a king. Thank you Leon and chef for the great service tonight. It’s people like this that keep us coming back!

This place is not great to come to
If you a glass of ice water management straight up said no he don’t care there is no WiFi for customers to use how greedy is he? I placed my order through the app for Diane. If I didn’t walk up there in time, they were gonna put it in the bag and then what I have cause an issue but you know management so right about everything

The worst Burger King ever!! I am in the military, and this Burger King has been the worst service, food, and customer service ever. Management, please take care of that. I visited your place on 18 July 2025 at 11:20pm. Your night shift is HORRIBLE!!!

Five star burger king. Super clean. Fast good food. The general manager is 5 star himself, Victor. Super well run restaurant. This guy could give classes on restaurant management. I will absolutely come back here. Close to our airport parking.

Employees here really care. I thought someone had jacked my belongings while I had to use the restroom and I came back to the manager on duty (or at least it seemed to me this employee is) looking out for my stuff. Best Burger King around town just for that reason!

Going to BK after a decade, as it was the only fast food cafe nearby on the Airport Road. I don’t expect any thoughtfulness shown when your food is given to you in a fast food unit, but this BK’s staff have a PhD in carelessness !!
