What the hell happened to the former female shift supervisors who worked the nights. This place is a total hot mess. Nobody has to be this lazy, the previous young lady was a short petite woman but she was always on top of everything. Extremely disappointed in how much the level of customer service has dropped. BK please get it together I go out of my way to find one and I can not have my money spent on something I regret having to deal with
Update, 3.9.25. AM Everlyn is my shero. I am an idiot and I ordered using the app but they only had drive thru left. I have seen people walk up before to get there food but the other manager just dismissed me even though I had already paid. Note , when you use the app the store does not have the capability to do refunds. (bS issue BK please get it together). But the patient and resilient (obviously overworked and understaffed) AM Everlyn committed to feeding me. I'm so grateful because I was out of options for any real food tonight.😀

I live near to this BK and HATED IT FOR YEARS! It’s the most poorly run fast food franchise I’ve ever experienced through many cities and states throughout my whole life. The franchise owner must want it to crash and burn because it’s so poorly ran and managed. The workers for whatever reason, REFUSE to greet guest that end up standing at the counter for 10 minutes either trying to order or pick up an order. I’ve watched employees eating on the serving line where they assemble food. They will constantly lock the building up with employees there, with hours of operation hours left just because they’re lazy. I could go on and on. I have multiple videos and pictures of the multiple times that this place has been downright disgraceful. The food quality is horrible. I was once sold refrigerator-cold breakfast sandwiches and was faced with the worst attitude when I came inside to ask if they could heat my food ups. I pray this place goes out of business or gets bought off by a franchise owner who cares about their business and the way it’s conducted.

The staff members completely ignored me when I asked to be buzzed into the bathroom. They have two available one for male and one for female but would not allow me to access it. I’m not sure if they are racist or what the problem is but I was very disappointed.

For a BK location that’s has majority homeless people loitering. It’s insane how slow this location is with simple orders. 2 Cheeseburgers and a fry took 20 minutes, with 5 people in the back. No line. Would not recommend this location.

I ordered two whopper meals one with no sesame seed bun how is the fries hot but the burgers cold in properly trained staff if I could give this place, no stars I would do better
