I am disabled and sometimes enjoy the convenience of ordering my food through pickup. I don't have to worry about waiting. Every time I have ordered pickup, I have received all my food items, with napkins and utensils if needed. I appreciate your team always being friendly and have positive attitudes. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Came here tonight and was amazed how rude the lady working front counter was. Place was filthy! Train your employees to acknowledge the customer, huge disappointment. Makes sense why people avoid this location.
The manager Ramon is awesome! He resolved an issue for me in such a kind way & was very apologetic about the mistake made. I appreciate the great customer service. Will most definitely be back!
