I had an issue with my card not going through but it showed on my card that it had gone through and the guy said to go back the same time the next day and I did and he hooked it up with my food and a extra burger for the misunderstanding super cool guy his name was Angelo if I’m sure

Mistake stopping here at night. All the tables where very dirty and needed to be clean but the clerks where more focused on talking with the homeless friends coming into the store to vist. Ohh and the kiosks are ridiculous. It would not let me pay I still had to have the clerk help me. No it did not give me the option to pay at the kiosk.

They don’t give you the 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches unless you ask for it. They were going to charge me full price. Then said I had to ask for the deal in order to get the price. Basically scolded me for not starting with that.

The worker named Angelo helped us out today great customer service and very attentive of the customers.
Let me start by saying food is good. Same as every other Burger King. So I went to the drive thru, and put a family order. when I got the the window I noticed I forgot 2 order to other things. I ask the lady if I can add them . but she said I had to go around and to order it. Their was no one behind me. Drive thru was empty. so that the reason is a 3 star. and I'm being nice about it. The Caucasian lady was rude.

I love BK! I think they have the creamiest soft serve ice cream. Compared to McDonald's BK ice cream is yummy n creamy and McDonald's is watered down tasting and not as good. Flame broiled meat is much tastier than grilled greasy burgers, and the fries are great, when hot. The people/customer service is the same.
