Every time I go through the drive through they have me pull into the parking lot out front so they can pretend they got their order out on time for whatever metrics corporate is imposing on them. It is so annoying and stupid.

Today, my husband and I enjoyed a delightful lunch at Burger King located at the intersection of Baseline Road and 6th Street. The atmosphere was quite serene, and we dined peacefully while listening to pleasant music. There weren't many customers as well. The restrooms are accessible, and there is designated parking for individuals with disabilities. The restaurant was tidy and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service.

I like hitting up the drive thru, but they need to realize , they are Burger King not Five Guys , your not at the bottom , but your far from the top too. Back in the day you had a dollar menu , how bout try now a two dollar menu

Patricia was very rude she had no need to close the drive thru window didn’t even let me speak my niece was on the phone and yes I get she made a comment because first of all I didn’t get my order repeated to me and I was trying to be friendly but you were being straight rude and I’ve never been treated the way I was treated there today maybe she should stay in the back and learn how to properly train someone

Esmeralda was our cashier and from start to finish her customer service was top notch 5 stars she made sure our order was customized to our liking and she also mentioned on how to use the app to build points which was awesome the food was fresh and fries were hot and good best whopper I've had in a long time I will be returning here from now on Thank you BK and to Esmeralda the employee for great customer service and food

Went to the restaurant drive thru on 07/25/2025 at night and I had never experienced the rudest person at this establishment. While taking my order she was sarcastic and dismissive. She didn’t even take my full order. Really bad customer service.

Quality has gone down prices have gone up not as much on menu as used to be
I am so pissed off. I didn't really eat today. I go to Burger King on 7th Street and Baseline in Phoenix, AZ, to get something to eat because I was too tired to cook after having no sleep for 2 days, running around in the heat and doing chores. I bite into the nuggets. They were cold and hard as a rock. I had to come back to give them back and get a refund. So, now, I still need something to eat and I'm delayed in trying to get some rest. They knew those nuggets weren't fresh when they gave them to me. I will not be eating at this location ever again. And, then he tries to tell me he can't give me a refund because I ate the fries. I ate the fries on my way home in my car. I had no idea at that point the fries were unbeatable. And, I only requested a refund for the nuggets and not the fries. And, he told me the system won't let him do it. I ordered a 4 piece and an 8 piece equating 12 pieces. And, I gave all unbeaten 12 pieces back to him. So, I don't want to hear that mess. So, now, I have to wait for him to reach his GM resolve the situation. This guy does not to need to be a manager.

Went to order a 4 piece chicken nuggets at this place about 10:30 pm yesterday evening, you would think orders taken at this hour at night would have been cook to order, or the freshest cooked product available for the consumer, when I received my nuggets they were dry and hard, had no tender juices inside, looked like they were under the heat lamp for 2 hours, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied, you would also think these workers would have pride in their food product while some of them think they deserve a wage of 14.00 an hour for serving an inferior food product, may not return to eat here in future, would advise anyone else to do the same, there are better tasting chicken nuggets at other restaurants where they show more pride in their product and better taste, for example Chick-fil-A
