Food was ok, fries had no flavor. Service was awesome because I had to do everything myself, the only interaction with a human was when they came to deliver my food to the table. I had to be CASHIER so that's why service was Awesome.

The lady Patricia at the window took her time to help me get exactly what I wanted. She was patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to help us. I’ve been to three other locations and they suck at helping or taking time to help. I order without a bun and no other location can seem to get it right! I will definitely be coming to this location going forward.

The manager that works there in the day time on the weekdays is rude and doesn't care about the customers. I waited over 25 min for my food while they gave my food to another customer. I asked the workers after waiting for like 12 min if my food was done and the said it was coming out, it came out a whole 15 min later. I was also on my lunch break so they ruined my lunch.

10/1/23 2:30 pm 2nd time i come here and everytime we have issues the girl at the drive through always act dumb laughing giggling like if shes messing with your food she will ask you to park in the front for no reason no cars behind me. I dont know if its to help her window time or they are messing with the food. She has piercings on her eyebrow and lips she is rude a hell.

I had the most inpatient, intolerant, rude, and horrible cashier ever. I didn't get or see her name since she made me so upset for the way she asked what we wanted to eat, sooo disrespectful !!!!! She should not be doing that type of job she is so miserable. I went on 08/24/2023 around 8 :30. Pm. In case the manager wants to address her. After I snatched the receipt from her hands, she completely got it!! and was nice to the next costumer and to us when we went to get our order. Someone needed to put her in her place. Soo rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to her I will never go back to that location

This is a large fry 3.99 obviously refilled and stale. 10 fries for 3.99? Christian has horrible attitude. It’s filthy here. The rest of the staff are rude. The vibe here is bad. And it pains them to give you fresh food. They get so mad. I knew not to come back here.

Oh my gracious. I honestly am torn on this review. They are getting three stars because the service was friendly and efficient and our order was received quickly and it was correct. Unfortunately the restaurant itself needed some attention. The drink station was filthy and part of the floor was sticky from where something spilled and hadn't bothered to be cleaned up. HoHum.

So it's a Burger King ? and we know what they have. Food is consistent so really it's about the people. And from my experience, it was great. We did a take out order and the awesome lady working the register and drive through was able to help both without me feeling neglected in any way. She was prompt with whatever we asked for and even checked on us as they made our food to see what we wanted.Some will say, "Well duh that's their job." Please note, you are the reason we deal with bad people when we go to fast food places. So feel free to eat yourself at some $50 per plate place so that the rest of us can enjoy our deceit priced Burger from someone who hasn't been dragged down by having to talk to you.I can't recall your name but know I'll be back. Well worth it for the service alone.

TERRIBLE experience in the drive thru a couple of nights ago. Started badly when I was told they couldn't honor the coupon I wanted to use because the corner with the # was slightly torn. I couldn't believe a franchise of their magnitude doesn't have a code that the manager could input for this scenario! So I had to change my order and go with a second choice. No big deal, right? But, when I finally got up to the window, I was informed that the soda machine was down. Ok... not a problem, "just adjust my total accordingly." The cashier told me he couldn't adjust it because of the coupon. I forgot to mention that he tried to charge me full price for the combo. This was after my discussion with the manager about the code # on the first order. I gave her my new code # and she gave me my total. (No mention of the soda machine by the way.) Got to the window and the cashier gives me a ridiculous total for the full price of the order! With no adjustment for the drink? Long story short, lol... He copped a major attitude and wouldn't sell me my food! He said, "have a good night" and proceeded to slam the window shut in my face. WOW!!

Ordered Whopper jr Burger. I was so disappointed. Bun was dry clearly NOT fresh. Meat patty was overcooked and tasteless. Returned unpalatable lunch to the counter. Declined offer to remake burger. I did received a refund.
