With everywhere being expensive to grab a quick bite, the least they could do is provide decent service. It was $40 for 2 kids and 1 adult and the employees were so miserable. I had to continuously ask for items they had missed on my order while the employee behind the counter rolled her eyes and slammed the cups down. Just close this place down and start over in my opinion. Ketchup dispenser and soda machine were broken, food was gross and the price was still around $13 per person.

Went in to order and eat in because my order is never complete or correct. The lady at the front hollered at us because someone called in the cook came out to work the kiosk but even he didn’t know how and couldn’t order our food correctly. Got mad through his hands and said do it yourself went back to where he was cooking. This place is horrible. Every time I go there’s an issue either at the drive-through. The order is cold or incorrect try going in still not good service no manager in sight three employees there the line was very long and employees were very rude. I don’t know how this place is staying open. Needless to say, we left with no food.

My order was wrong I went up to I believe a manager, male with long hair got mad that the order was wrong .yelling meanwhile he asked what was wrong with the order . I don’t know why he was mad at their mistake Horrible customer service !

I went through the drive-through last night and the line was long. I get it. They messed up my whole order my or My Husband order through the app. When we got there, they gave me the wrong bites of bacon, and the kids meal didn’t come with the toy. They technically forgot about it and then this not talk about the other meal. It didn’t come with the toy that we expected at least we would’ve like a heads up We don’t have no more toys at the window instead, they could of gave us a drink or something else for the inconvenience, maybe this is why I don’t go to you guysg Now there’s always something messing up my order !!!! This is the reason why sometimes I stay away from fast food, and I try to cook more often for my kid, but since my child is picky with his food, we only go to restaurants that we know that he’ll be able to eat He was so excited for a toy! Unfortunately, we didn’t even get one

Workers were rude when I reminded them I ordered more than what they gave and couldn't figure out how to put anything together properly. I threw it all away when I noticed they just skipped out half what I asked for burgers had nothing on it??

Dude this is my first and maybe my last review I leave but this locations customer service sucks so bad, I think the manager there is so rude she won’t acknowledge you, and if she does, she’s practically yelling at you in a such unprofessional manner. Needs better management and employees.

Since I couldn't give it 0 stars I would have! This place is horrible...she wouldn't take our order had to use the kiosk....why because our order came soggy & not what we ordered. We watched 3 other people walk out without ordering. Would never go here again. Spending $43 for 3 people & having to use a kiosk when it didn't matter what we ordered...you should just have us go back & cook our own food would of been better than what we got! Never again!

It was rather late and I realized I hadn’t had dinner so I decided to stop and hit the drive-through at this Burger King. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries just to hold me over. It took forever and while waiting I noticed there was french fries all over the floor And the staff clearly didn’t care about the mess. A cheeseburger was exceptionally hot, which made sense for the time it took for them to pass it to me, but then I was disappointed. My fries tasted like they were a few hours old and we’re barely warm. I guess you have to ask for fresh fries

If ur in a rush or on lunch break DONT COME HERE. Even with ordering the food via mobile app 10 min ahead of time. It was not done when I arrive I still had to wait an extra 15 min. I had to eat in a rush.

Despicable employees. Did there fit over 10 minutes and the guys were just roaming around. No one to come to the counter to acknowledge my presence talk less take my order. I walked away.
