Extremely slow service. I waited over 20 min for an order and I placed the order ahead of time through the app. They ignored multiple customers that were inside. The employees were playing around and joking with each other while we all waited. Still, no acknowledgement or service whatsoever. This location is close to my house but I will not be back. I'll take the extra time to go to a location that cares about who pays the bills.
