This BK is horrible....I've been here 3 times at 7 730pm and it took these guys 20 minutes to get us a burger and chicken fries.....made us park and wait outside......all 3 times. Horrible ....close the store or get New managers and workers.

I work nearby this place and everytime I go here it is always a bad experience, from the quality of the food, to the staff not giving a crap, to the bad neighborhood this is in, its all bad. First off, they will ALWAYS tell you to park in the front of the building if you do drive thru, and sometimes there are homeless people that know about this and ask for money while you wait, because they know that burger king employees will always send you to the front of the store, and they do not care. I, no joke, saw a homeless person literally open a poor girls car asking for money, it's bad, and is a 911 call and news story just waiting to happen. Their quality of food is very bad, NEVER EVER order mozzarella sticks from this place, THEY WILL ALWAYS BE ROCK HARD AND GROSS, like I said, I work nearby and always try and give this place a second, third, fouth, fifteenth chance and they screw up every time. It's always different people working at the drive thru like there is a 2 week turn around so this is probably an upper management issue. I love burger king, but this place is awful, just drive a couple blocks to the east to broadway and 48th street and there are much, much better restaurants worth your money. I am officially done with this place, waste of time and money. And all the people giving this 5 stars are bots.

Orders are frequently incorrect. Sometimes im forced to wait almost 20 minutes to get my food, o ly to go inside to see that they forgot about my order. If your chicken items take that long to cook, dont put it on your menu
